Özet
Terör olgusu günümüzde ne kadar anlam değiştirirse değiştirsin toplumsal refahı etkilediği kadar ekonomik değişkenleri de etkilediği kesindir. Terörizmin nihai hedefleri arasında yer alan bulunduğu ülkenin ekonomisine darbe vurma isteği, gün geçtikçe daha da önemli olmakta ve teröristlerin saldırı taktiklerini bu yönde değiştirmelerine sebep olmaktadır. Terör olaylarında yaşanan artış veya azalışlar ele alınan ülkenin iktisadi büyümesini derinden etkilemektedir. Etkilenen iktisadi büyüme ise beraberinde bazı makro ekonomik değişkenleri de etkilemektedir. Çalışmada ilk olarak amaç etnik terörle mücadele eden devletlerin ele alınarak terör ve terör-ekonomi ilişkisi hakkında genel bir bilgiye sahip olmaktır. Terör-ekonomi ilişkisi üzerine bilgi sahibi olunduktan sonra İspanya ve Türkiye'nin ekonomilerini genel hatlarıyla ele alıp bu ülkelerin 1970-2019 yıllarını kapsayan bir dönem için terörün ekonomi üzerindeki etkileri; mal ve hizmet ithalatı, mal ve hizmet ihracatı gayrisafi yurt içi hasıla ve sanayi değişkenleriyle birlikte Eviews programı yardımıyla ekonometrik açıdan analizleri yapılacaktır. Yapılan ekonometrik analizde Vectör Otoregresyon (VAR) modeli, Johansen Eşbütünleşme Analizi ve Vektör Hata Düzeltme Modeli kullanılmış olup ilgili ve gerekli diğer testlere de yer verilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda ise yukarda ifade edilen bağımlı değişkenlerin, bağımsız değişkeni yüksek oranda etkilediği ve terör olaylarındaki artışın diğer makro ekonomik değişkenleri olumsuz etkilediği görülmüştür.

No matter how much the meaning of the phenomenon of terrorism changes today, it is certain that it affects economic variables as well as social welfare. The desire to strike the country's economy, which is among the ultimate targets of terrorism, becomes more and more important day by day and causes terrorists to change their attack tactics in this direction. Increases or decreases in acts of terrorism depply affect the economic growth of the country in hand. The affected economic growth also affects some macroeconomic variables. The first aim of the study is to have a general knowledge about terrorism and the relationship between terrorism and the economy by considering the states that struggle with ethnic terrorism. After having knowledge on the relationship between terrorism and economy, we will discuss the general outline of Spain and Turkey's economy and for a period between 1970-2019, the econometric analysis of the effects of terrorism on Spain and Turkey's economy, the import of goods and services, the expert of goods and services,the gross domesticproduct and industry variables will be made with the help of Eviews Program. In the econometric analysis, Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, Johansen Cointegration Analysis and Vector Error Correction Model are used and other relevant and necessary tests are included. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that the dependent variables stated above affect the independent variable to a high extent and the increase in terrorist incidents negatively affects other macroeconomic variables.
