Özet
Ülke ekonomisinin temelini oluşturan işletmelerin verimli ve etkili çalışması için etkin ve doğru işleyen bir muhasebe sisteminin olması gerekmektedir. Muhasebe sistemlerinin doğru ve etkin bir işlemesinde muhasebe sistemini yürüten meslek mensupları önemli rol almaktadır. Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik mesleği mükellef ve devlet arasındaki köprü görevini üstlenen bir meslektir. Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik mesleği mensupları mesleki faaliyetlerinde birçok sorunla karşılaşmaktadır ve bu durum dolayısıyla ülke ekonomisinin işleyişine zarar verme durumu bulunmaktadır. Çalışmamız Gaziantep ilinde işletmelere en fazla muhasebe hizmeti veren Gaziantep SMMMO'ya kayıtlı aktif üye olan serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlerin mesleki faaliyetlerinde yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemek, sorunlardan yola çıkarak beklentileri gözlemlemek ve ilgili kurum kuruluşların faydalanabileceği çözüm önerileri sunmak amacı taşımaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda anket uygulamasıyla muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerinde bir araştırma yapılmış olup, Gaziantep SMMMO'ya kayıtlı Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlerin sorunları, beklentileri ve iş tatmini konularındaki görüşleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Gaziantep odasına kayıtlı meslek mensuplarına ulaşmak hedeflenmiştir. Ulaştırılan 321 ankete meslek mensuplarından 321 cevap gelmiştir. Anket sonuçları teorik bilgiler ışığında SPSS 24.00 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmamız Gaziantep ili özelinde serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlerin sorunları ve beklentileri üzerine ilk çalışma olması vesilesiyle önem arz etmektedir.

For companies that form the basis of the country's economy to work efficiently and effectively, there must be an effective and properly functioning accounting system. Professionals who carry out the accounting system play an important role in the correct and effective functioning of the accounting systems. Certified Public Accountant profession is a profession that acts as a bridge between the taxpayer and the state. Members of the Certified Public Accountant profession encounter many problems in their professional activities, and this situation harms the functioning of the country's economy. Our study aims to determine the problems experienced by independent accountant financial advisors, who are registered active members of Gaziantep SMMMO, which provides the most accounting services to businesses in the province of Gaziantep, to observe the expectations based on the problems and to offer solutions that the relevant institutions and organizations can benefit from. In line with this purpose, a research has been conducted on accounting professionals with the application of a questionnaire, and the opinions of the Certified Public Accountants registered to Gaziantep SMMMO on their problems, expectations and job satisfaction have been tried to be determined. It is aimed to reach professionals registered in Gaziantep chamber. 321 responses from professionals received 321 surveys. The survey results were analyzed in the light of theoretical information with the SPSS 24.00 program. Our study is important because it is the first study on the problems and expectations of the Certified Public Accountants in Gaziantep.
