Özet
ÖZET Günümüz dünyasında, 'soğuk savaşın 'ekonomik savaş'a dönüşmesinden bu yana, tüm endüstriyel sektörlerde olduğu gibi inşaat sektöründe de, prodüktiviteyi -verimi- artırırken daha rasyonel ve ekonomik çözümler bulmak yeni hedef olmuştur. Bu konuda, Türkiye'de henüz yeterince yaygın olmayan ve inşaat sektörünü belki de en çok etkileyecek olan iki araştırma konusu vardır. Bunlardan birincisi; proje yönetimi ile genel işletme kuram ve yöntemlerinin, yapı projesine uygulanması olan 'Yapı İşletmesi -Yapım Yönetimi' dir. İnşaat, elektronik gibi endüstrilerde geçmişe kıyasla daha karmaşık bir hal alan projelerde, işletme yöntem ve uygulamaları daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. İkinci konu; tüm endüstrilerde ve mesleklerde yaygın ve yoğun bir kullanım alanı olan bilgisayarlardır. Bilgisayarların, inşaat sektöründe de gelişmiş -sofistike- teknoloji ve programlan ile kayda değer bir yeri vardır. Bu konulara dayanan araştırma, bir iş planı ve programı ortaya çıkarmak amacı ile genel işletme teknik ve metodları ile PERT, CPM gibi iş planlamasına yönelik teknikler, bu tekniklerin faydalan ve uygulama yöntemleri hakkında genel bilgi toplanarak başlayacaktır. İkinci bölümde, bu yöntemlerin inşaat sektörü - yapım sürecinde nasıl uygulandıkları açıklanacaktır, üçüncü bölümde, bilgisayar sistemlerinin inşaat sektörü - yapım süreci içerisinde kullanılan, kullanımlarının faydalan, ve yöntemleri örneklenerek anlatılacaktır. Son bölümde ise bilgisayar uygulamaları ve faydaları örnek bir proje üzerinde anlatılacak ve uygulamanın sonuçları açıklanacaktır.

ABSTRACT In today's world, increasing productivity and finding rational and economical solutions have become the new goals of building sector as in all other industrial sectors, since the“cold war”turned into the“economical war”. There are two main research areas about this subject, which can affect building sector probably the most and which are not widespread in Turkey yet. One of these subjects is“Construction Management”which is the applications of project management methods to a construction project. Management applications have become more important for the most industrial sectors such as construction, electronics, etc., when the projects become more complex comparing to the past. The other subject is“Computers”which is in widespread use at every kind of business and industry. It has a noteworthy place at construction sector with its' sophisticated technology and programs. The aim of this research program is to apply the construction management principles and methods to computers (i.e. to computerize the construction process) and to show how computerization effects the construction process beneficial. This program will start with collecting some information about management techniques and methods like PERT, CPM, etc., for using them to prepare a work plan. At the second chapter, the applications of these methods to the construction business will be explained. At the third chapter, the applications of computer methods to the construction industry and their advantages will be explained with examples. At the last two chapters, the computer methods will be applied to a sample project. The processes and the advantages of this application will also be explained at the last two chapters.
