Özet
Bu araştırma, destekleyici eğitim kapsamında uygulamaya başlanan destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının önemi, öğretimsel süreci, materyal kullanımı, yönetici tutumları, yaşanan sıkıntılar ve çözüm önerileri hakkındaki öğretmen, öğrenci ve velilerin görüşlerinin incelenmesini amaçlayan betimsel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada, nitel ve nicel verilerin bir arada kullanıldığı yöntemlerden biri olan keşfedici karma yöntem tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın nitel boyutunda durum çalışması deseni, nicel boyutunda betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2020- 2021 eğitim öğretim yılında, Sivas ili merkezinde bulunan ortaokullarda görev alan 75 ortaokul öğretmeni, 100 ortaokul öğrencisi ve 100 öğrenci velisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın nitel boyutu için çalışma grubu Sivas il merkezindeki destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına katılan 20 öğretmen, 20 öğrenci ve 20 veliden oluşmaktadır. Verileri toplama işlemi görüşme formları aracılığı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nicel boyutunda ise görüşme formlarından elde edilen veriler ışığında anket oluşturulmuş ve 75 öğretmen, 100 öğrenci ve 100 veliye uygulanarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada toplanan veriler SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı aracılığıyla çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde problem durumu, araştırmanın amacı, önemi, sınırlılıkları ve varsayımları açıklanmış, ikinci bölümünde, eğitim kavramı, formal eğitim, informal eğitim, örün eğitim, yaygın eğitim, ortaöğretime geçiş sistemi, özel dershaneler ve destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına ilişkin açıklamalar yapılmıştır. Araştıranın yöntem bölümünde araştırmanın modeli, çalışma grubu, veri toplama teknikleri ve veri analizi başlıkları açıklanmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgulara ve yorum bölümünde yapılan analizler sonucu elde edilen bulgulara ve bulgular ışığında yorumlara yer verilmiştir. Araştırma genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin ve velilerin destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına ilişkin görüşlerinin çoğunlukla olumlu yönde olduğu ve kursları birçok yönden önemli, faydalı ve gerekli buldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ancak kurslara ilişkin aksayan, geliştirilmesi gereken yönlerin de bulunduğu görülmüştür. Bu alanlarda düzenlemelerin yapıldığı takdirde kursların çok daha nitelikli daha verimli ve daha etkili hâle gelebileceği saptanmıştır. Destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına ilişkin düzenlemelere, iyileştirmelere ve alınabilecek önlemlere öneriler bölümünde yer verilmiştir. Araştırma verilerine göre destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının daha etkili bir uygulama olması için kaynak kitap ve materyal ihtiyacının karşılanması, deneme sınavı sayısının artırılması, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin farklı okullarda kursa katılması, sınıfların seviye gruplarına göre düzenlenmesi, sosyal etkinlik çalışmalarına yer verilmesi ve kursların denetiminin sıkılaştırılması gibi öneriler ifade edilmiştir.

This study is a descriptive research that aims at examining the opinions of teachers, students and parents about the importance, educational process, use of materials and managerial attitudes of the support and training courses that were introduced within the framework of supportive education as well as problems encountered in the courses and some solutions to them. The study was conducted using the exploratory mixed method which is one of the methods integrating qualitative and quantitative data. The case study design was used in the qualitative aspect of the research and the descriptive survey model in the quantitative aspect. The research sampled 75 teachers and 100 students in secondary schools located in the center of Sivas province during the academic year 2020-2021, along with 100 students' parents. In regard to the qualitative aspect of the research, data collection method was carried out by means of interview forms given to 20 teachers and 20 students who attended the support and training courses and 20 parents. With respect to the quantitative aspect, a questionnaire was made up in the light of the data collected from those forms, and the data was obtained by applying it to 75 teachers, 100 students and 100 parents. Consequently, these data were analyzed through the SPSS 22.0 statistics package program. In the introduction of the study, the problem status, the purpose of the research and its importance, limitations and assumptions are explained, and the second section consists of the concept of education, formal education, informal education, formal training, informal training, transition system to secondary education, private education institutions and support class and training courses. In the method section of the study, the method of the research, working group, data collection techniques and data analysis are covered. The findings of the research obtained from such analysis and comments about these findings are presented in the findings and discussion section. Overall, the study has concluded that the views of teachers, students and parents on support and training courses are predominantly positive, and they find these courses important, useful and necessary in various ways. However, it has been revealed that there are some issues regarding the courses that need to be enhanced. It has been found that if improvements are made in these areas, the courses could become much more qualified, more efficient and more effective. According to research data, recommendations such as meeting the need for resource books and materials, increasing the number of training exams, ensuring that teachers and students attend courses in different schools, organizing students into classes depending on learning levels, introducing social activities and tightening supervision of the courses to make the support and training courses more effective are proposed.
