Özet
iv ÖZET Gelişen teknoloji ile üretim sistemlerinde zaman zaman atmos ferik basınç seviyeleri altında çalışılması gereksinimi duyulmakta dır. Böyle sistemlerin ana öğelerinden birini oluşturan jet pompa-, lar ve endüstriyel kullanım alanlarının tanıtımı amacıyla "bu lisans üstü tez çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hareketli parçalarının olmayışı ve düşük maliyet gibi özellik leri içeren jet pompalara çalışma kapsamı içerisinde geniş bir yer verilerek incelenmiş; ayrıca vakum terminolojisi ile ilgili tanıtı cı konular kısaca özetlenmiştir. Akışkanların kontrollü hareketinden faydalanmak esasına bağlı olarak çalışan, jet pompaların dizaynı için gerekli hesaplamalar tesbit edilerek, prototip bir model jet pompa imalatı yapılmıştır, Laboratuvar şartlarında denenen model jet pompaya ait karakte ristik eğriler çıkarılarak teorik değerlerle umkayesesi sağlanmıştır.

SUT.uvM.RY 77i th in the developing technology, in production systems xt is sometimes felt that there is a need to work under the atmospheric pressure levels. I?or the purpose of promotion of the jet pumps which are the main parts of such systems and their usage in industrial areas, a master thesis has "been, done. Some properties such as the absence of the moving parts and the low cost in jet pumps were examined widely in the thesis and the promotion of some subjects about the vacuum terminology has been summarized briefly. Aprototype model jet pump with the necessary calculations for the design of the jet pumps wich works according to the unilizing fluids in motion under controlled, conditions, has been manufactured. The characteristic curves belongs to the jet pump controlled under the laboratory conditions are ensured by comparison to the theoretical values.
