ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi ISPARTA-ATABEY YÖRESİNİN EKOTURİZM POTANSİYELİ VE TURİZM ROTALARININ BELİRLENMESİ Tuğba AKIN Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Peyzaj Mimarlığı Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. Atila GÜL Yerel, doğal ve kültürel miras değerleri turizmin en önemli bileşenidir ve bu değerlerinin korunması, yaşatılması ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması oldukça önemlidir. Özellikle bu değerler, turizm rotaları ile ilişkilendirilmesi sonucu yöreye çok yönlü katma değer sağlamak için bir fırsat sunabilmektedir. Turizm rotalarında temel amaç; rota üzerinde öngörülen doğal ve kültürel değerlerinin birbirleriyle entegre edilmesi, yörenin geliştirilmesi ve turistlerin keşfetme düzeyinin artırılmasıdır. Çalışma yöntemi, kaynak tarama ve veri temini, envanter ve sörvey çalışmaları, analiz ve değerlendirme, sentez temel aşamalardan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada doğal ve kültürel veriler ArcGIS ortamında sayısal hale getirilmesi, envanter analizleri, ziyaretçilere yapılan anket çalışması ile ekoturizme yönelik talep ve eğilimlerin belirlenmesi, GZFT analizi ile mevcut durum tespiti, ekoturizme yönelik stratejik eylem planının oluşturulması, kısa, orta ve uzun mesafeli turizm rotalarının önerilmesi gibi işlemler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Atabey İlçesinin doğal ve kültürel turizm değerleri alansal, noktasal ve çizgisel olarak ArcGIS 10.7 programında sayısal hale getirilip daha sonra Network (Ağ) Analiz yöntemiyle mevcut ulaşım yolları, ulaşım mesafeleri dikkate alınarak rotalar belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak Atabey İlçesindeki doğal ve kültürel kaynak değerleri açısından önemli bir potansiyele sahiptir. Özellikle Atabey Ertokuş Medresesi, 9. Cumhurbaşkanı Süleyman Demirel'in Demokrasi ve Kalkınma Müzesinin yer aldığı Demirel Külliyesi, Seleukeia Sidera antik kenti, tarihi höyük mezarlıklar, tarihi camiler ve hamamlar, türbeler vb değerlerin uluslararası bir değer taşıdığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada stratejik eylem planı ile mevcut durumun geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir kısa, orta ve uzun mesafeli turizm rotaları önerilmiştir.

Thesis THE DETERMINATION OF THE TURISM ROUTES and THE ECOTURISM POTENTIAL OF THE ISPARTA-ATABEY Tugba AKIN Suleyman Demirel University Graduate School of Applied and Natural Sciences Department of Landscape Architecture Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Atila GÜL Local, natural and cultural heritage values are the most important component of tourism and it is very important that these values are protected, preserved and passed on to future generations. Especially as these values are associated with tourism routes, they can offer an opportunity to provide a versatile added value to the region. The main purpose of tourism routes; Integrating the natural and cultural values envisaged on the route with each other, improving the region and increasing the exploration level of tourists. The working method consists of source scanning and data acquisition, inventory and survey studies, analysis and evaluation, synthesis. In the study, natural and cultural data were digitized in the ArcGIS environment, inventory analysis, determining the demands and trends towards ecotourism with the survey conducted to the visitors, determining the current situation with SWOT analysis, creating a strategic action plan for ecotourism, proposing short, medium and long distance tourism routes etc. transactions were carried out. The natural and cultural tourism values of Atabey District were digitized in ArcGIS 10.7 program as spatial, point and linear, and then existing transportation routes and transportation distances were determined by taking into account the Network Analysis method. As a result, it has an important potential in terms of natural and cultural resource values in Atabey District. Especially Atabey Ertokuş Madrasa, Demirel Complex where 9th President Süleyman Demirel's Democracy and Development Museum is located, Seleukeia Sidera ancient city, historical mound cemeteries, historical mosques and baths, mausoleums etc. have been determined to have an international value. In the study, suggestions for improving the current situation with the strategic action plan were made and short, medium and long distance tourism routes were proposed.
