Özet
Çalışmanın amacı Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı Kuran Kursu Öğreticilerinin yaşama amaçları ve mutluluk ile iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bu nedenle araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul ilinde Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'na bağlı Kur'an Kurslarında görev yapan kadrolu ve geçici Kur'an kursu öğreticileri kabul edilmiş, bu tezde evrenin tamamına ulaşma imkânı olmadığından evreni temsilen çeşitli ilçelerden 567 Kuran Kursu Öğreticisi örnekleme alınmıştır. Araştırmada Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Yaşama amaçları Ölçeği, Mutluluk Ölçeği ve İş Doyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS PASW Statistic 18 Programında, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis ve Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı kullanılmıştır. İş Doyumu Ölçeği ve Mutluluk ölçeği puanları hem cinsiyet hem de çalışma durumuna göre anlamlı farklılıklar göstermektedir. Erkeklerin iş doyum oranları ile geçici öğreticilerin iş doyum oranları daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Erkeklerin mutluluk puanları ile geçici öğreticilerin mutluluk puanları daha yüksek gözlemlenmiştir. Yaşama amaçları alt ölçekleri ile iş doyumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki mevcuttur. Kişisel ilişki, fiziksel sağlık ve aileye katkı arttıkça iş doyumu da artmaktadır. Yaygın din eğitiminde görev alan Kuran Kursu Öğreticilerinin yaşama amaçları ile mutluluk ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişki cinsiyet, eğitim, çalışma durumu ve çalışma süresine göre farklılıklar göstermektedir. Sosyal bir hayat içerisindeki insanın ihtiyaç duyduğu maddi ve manevî gereksinimlerinden biri olan ve geçmişten günümüze var olan din eğitiminin iv irdelenmesi, kullanılan metod ile araç ve gereçlerin güncellenmesi tespit edilen eksik ve aksaklıkların giderilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Uygulanan analizler neticesinde elde edilen bulgular tartışma bölümünde yorumlanmış, ilgili tarafların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerin sağlıklı bir şekilde karşılanabilmesi, din eğitiminde verimliliğin arttırılmasına yönelik çeşitli öneriler getirilmiştir. The purpose of this paper is to study the relation between the life purposes of Quran Course Teachers of the Presidency of Religious Affairs and their happiness and job satisfaction. Wherefore, the study has been conducted according to the relational screening model. The study population has been taken as the permanent and temporary Quran course teachers that serve at the Quran Courses of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Istanbul Province and 567 Quran Course Teachers have been included in the scope of sampling from the various districts that represent the population due to the inability to reach the entire population. Personal Information Form, the Purpose in Life Scale, Happiness Scale, and Job Satisfaction Scale have been used in the study. In SPSS PASW Statistic 18 Software, the Mann Whitney U test and Kurskal Wallis and Pearson Moment Correlation Coefficient have been used to analyze the data obtained in this study. The Job Satisfaction Scale and Happiness Scale scores vary meaningfully in terms of both gender and also occupational statuses. The job satisfaction rates have been acquired higher for males and for temporary teachers. We have observed that the happiness scores are higher for males and for temporary teachers. There is a meaningful relation between the subscales of life purposes and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction increases in line with the increase in contribution to the personal relations, physical well being, and family. vi The relation between the life purposes and job satisfaction of Quran Course Teachers that take part in the non-formal religious education varies by gender, educational background, employment status, and working period. It is aimed to address the religious education, which is amongst the material and spiritual needs of people in the social life, to update the methods, tools, and devices used and to remedy the deficiencies and problems detected. We have commented on the results obtained in consequence of our analyses and made different suggestions for healthily meeting the related parties' needs and expectations and improving efficiency in the religious education.
