Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada; birinci bölümde siyasal katılmayla ilgili bazı temel kavramlar tanımlandı Türk siyasi hayatındaki partiler kısaca tanıtıldı. İkinci bölümde seçmen tercihinde etkili olan sosyo-ekonomik, psikolojik, kültürel, çevresel ve kişisel etkenler incelendi. Üçüncü bölümde ise Sivas evrenin de 257 kişiden oluşan örneklem grubuna uygulanan anket çalışmasından elde edilen bulgular ortaya kondu. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenler toplumun her katmanına yayılmış aydın bir kesimdir. Öğretmenler bilinçli seçmen tanımlamasına uygun olarak hareket etmektedir. Sürekli gazete ve kitap okumakta, gündemi yakından takip etmektedirler. Öğretmenler ülke sorunlarım bilmekte her yerde ve herkesle bu sorunları tartışmaktadır. Bu çerçevede öğretmenler toplumun siyasal katilinim da rehber rolü oynamaktadır. Öğretmenler yetiştirdikleri öğrencilere verdikleri mesajların yanı sıra, halkada sadece seçim dönemlerinde değil, seçim dönemleri dışında da bilgi ve birikimlerini aktarmaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenler politikacılığı iyi bir meslek olarak tanımlamalarına karşın, politikacıları ve siyasetin kurumlarını ve işleyişlerini beğenmediklerini ortaya koymaktadır. Öğretmenler devlet memurlarına getirilen siyaset yapma yasağına uygun olarak aktif siyasal katılmaya uzak olduklarım belirtmişlerdir. Yaptığımız araştırmada gerek haber kaynaklarından yararlanmada gerekse parti tercihlerinde objektif olmaya özen gösterdikleri seçmen, taraftar olmadıkları ortaya çıkmıştır.

SUMMARY In the first section if this research, some basic conceptions connected with political participation has been defined. The political parties in the life of Turkish policy have been introduced shortly. In the second chapter the social - economic, psychological, culturel, environmental and personal factors which effect on the history of elector have been investigated. In the third section of this research, the discoveries which were obtained from the question nair applying the group of sample whcih consist of 257 people in the universe of Sivas have been brought up. The questionnaire practise shows that teachers are the most intelligentsia poeple of the society. Teachers have been acting according to the way of defining concious elector end keeping this conciousness alive, for that reason they have been reading newspapers and books and also they follow the agenda much closer. Teachers realize thet the problems of the country and so they have an argument and discuss these problems with everyone and everywhere. İn this point, teachers play the role of the guidness on the political participation of the society. Teachers not olny give the messages to their students and also they give (link) some more information and accumulation to the people not only in the seasons of the election and also out of the season of the elections. Although teachers described the policy as a beautiful job they claimed that they didnt like the politicians and institutions of the poliyc and its procedures. Teachers have pointed out that they kept themselves away from actif politic participation as the way of admitting the prohibition for the government officials on making a policy. In the research we have made, whether in making use of the source of news or their chosing of political parties, they are not unconditioned electors and partisans (supporters) have been disclosed.
