Özet
İşsizlik, bütün dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizin de en önemli sorunları arasında yer almaya devam etmektedir. Özelikle, genç kabul edilen 15-24 yaş grubunda yoğunlaşan ve sosyal sorunları bereberinde getiren işsizlik, gençleri olumsuz etkilemektedir. Aynı olumsuzluklar spor alanında eğitim gören gençler için de geçerli olabilmektedir. İşsizlik kaygısı ile ilgili literatürde birçok çalışma yer alırken, spor alanında konuyla ilgili çok az çalışma bulunmaktadır. Buradan yola çıkarak bu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin işsizlik kaygı düzeylerini bölüm değişkenine göre karşılaştırmak ve çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Çalışmaya, üç farklı üniversitesinin beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokullarının; beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği, antrenörlük eğitimi ve spor yöneticiliği bölümlerinde öğrenim gören toplam 260 dördüncü sınıf öğrencisi katılmıştır. Katılımcılara Tekin (2015)'e ait, 26 maddeden oluşan“İşsizlik Kaygısı Ölçeği”ve demografik özellikler bilgi formu doldurtulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS for Windows 16.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar ile ANOVA ve t Test karşılaştırma testleri kullanılmıştır.“α”0,05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği, antrenörlük eğitimi ve spor yöneticiliği bölümlerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin işsizlik kaygısını bütün alt boyutlar için“orta”seviyede yaşadıkları, üç bölüm arasında işsizlik kaygısını en çok antrenörlük eğitimi bölümünde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin yaşadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Unemployment continues to be among the most important problems of our country as in the whole world. In particular, unemployment, which is concentrated in the 15-24 age group, considered as young and brings social problems, negatively affects the youth. The same drawbacks may apply to young people who are trained in sports. While there are many studies in the literature on unemployment anxiety, there are very few studies on the subject in the field of sports. Based on this, the aim of this study is to compare the unemployment anxiety levels of students studying in physical education and sports schools according to the department variable and to offer solutions. The study included physical education and sports colleges of three different universities; A total of 260 fourth grade students attending physical education and sports teaching, coaching and sports management departments attended. Participants were filled with 26-item“Unemployment Anxiety Scale”and demographic characteristics information form of Tekin (2015). The data obtained in the study were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 16.0 program. Descriptive statistical methods and ANOVA and t test comparison tests were used to evaluate the data.“α”is set at 0.05. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that students studying in physical education and sports teacher, coaching education and sports management experience unemployment anxiety for all sub-dimensions at the“middle”level, and among the three departments, students who have unemployment anxiety mostly experience in the education of coaching education.
