Özet
Amaç: Araştırma, çocuk istismarı medya haberlerinin annelerin kaygılarına ve önlem alma durumuna etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan araştırmanın verileri, Ağrı il merkezinde bulunan Seyit Ali Onbaşı ve Kardelen Anaokullarından toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini rastgele seçilen ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 3-6 yaş çocuğu olan 243 anne oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak“Soru Formu”ve“Durumluk-Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri”kullanılmıştır. Veriler, SPSS for Windows 22 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzdelik, en az ve en çok değerler ile ortalama ve standart sapmaların yanı sıra, Bağımsız gruplarda t testi, Varyans, Pearson korelasyon, Mann Whitney, Kruskall Wallis ve Spearman Korelasyon Analizi, Cronbachα kat sayısı, Kurtosis ve Skewness kat sayıları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: İstismar haberlerinden etkilenme ve istismar haberleri sonrasında yakın çevreye karşı güven duygusunun etkilenme durumuna göre DKÖ ve SKÖ puanı anlamlı olarak değişmektedir (p<0.05). Çocuğu yalnız bırakmamak ile SKÖ puan ortalaması farkı istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p<0.05). Mahremiyet hakkında bilgi veririm, özel bölgeler hakkında bilgi veririm ve çocuğumla aramda“şifre koyarım”ben olmadığım zamanlarda onunla iletişime geçecek kişiye şifrenin ne olduğunu sormasını isterim yanıtlarına göre DKÖ puan ortalaması farkı ve SKÖ puan ortalaması farkı istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p<0.05). İyi kötü dokunuş hakkında bilgi verme ve çocukla kurulan iletişimlerde kendini ifade etmesine müsaade etme sorularına verilen yanıtlara göre SKÖ puan ortalaması farkı istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p<0.05) Sonuç: Annelerin kaygı düzeyleri hafif düzeydedir. İstismar haberlerinden etkilenme ve istismar haberleri sonrasında yakın çevreye karşı güven duygusu ile kaygı arasında ilişki vardır.

The effect of child abuse media news on mothers' anxiety and the situation of taking precaution Aim: The research is done for the purpose of analyzing the effect of child abuse media news on mothers' anxiety and the situation of taking precaution. Material and Method: The data of the descriptive study is collected from Seyit Ali Onbaşı Pre-School and Kardelen Pre-School in the city center of Ağrı. The sample of the study is composed of 243 mothers accepting participating in the study and chosen randomly, having 3-6 ages children.“Question Form”and“State-Trait Anxiety Inventory”are used as a data collection tools. The data is analyzed with SPSS for Windows 22 packaged software. Independent Samples t-test, Variance, Pearson Correlation, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis and Spearman Correlation Analysis, Cronbachα Index, Kurtosis and Skewness Indexes as well as number, percentage, the mean with the minimum and maximum values and the standard deviation are used in the analysis of the data. Results: State Anxiety Inventory (SAI) and Trait Anxiety Inventory (TAI) scores have changed significantly in accordance with the affection from the news of abuse and the affection of the sense of trust towards immediate vicinity (p<0.05). The score average difference between standing with the child and Trait Anxiety Inventory (TAI) is statistically significant (p<0.05). The difference between State Anxiety Inventory (SAI) and Trait Anxiety Inventory (TAI) scores is statistically significant according to the answers as“I inform my child about the privacy”,“I inform my child about the private parts on the body”and“I create a password between me and my child and I want my child to ask the person about this password when I am not with my child”(p<0.05). Trait Anxiety Inventory (TAI) score average is statistically significant according to the answers of the questions of giving information about the well-intentioned touching and ill-intentioned touching and letting the child's self-expression while communicating with the child (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is determined that the anxiety level of the mothers is at low level. It is determined that the affection from the news of abuse and the sense of trust towards immediate vicinity after the news of abuse is related with the anxiety.
