Özet
İcat olduğu günden bugüne fotoğraf günlük hayatın dışında, toplum tarafından önemli olduğu kabul edilen günleri kaydedip görüntünün korunmasını sağlamış ve ritüellerin değişmeyen, önemli aktörü haline gelmiştir. Fotoğraf, insanların yaşantılarını değiştiren önemli zaman dilimlerini, kısacık bir anını dondurup kaydını yapmakta ve böylece bir anın yaşandığının ispatı, belgesi olmaktadır. Cumhuriyetin ilanından günümüze yaklaştıkça ritüellerin çeşitliliğinde artış olduğu, evliliğin özellikle görsel kısmına verilen önemin arttığı, bu durumun da fotoğraflara yansıdığı görülmektedir. Geçmişten günümüze düğün fotoğrafları içinde kişilerin, fotoğrafçının yönlendirmesi ve teknolojik imkanların da etkisiyle değişim yaşandığı görülmektedir. Artık belirli kurallar çerçevesinde objektifin önüne geçilen, bakışların uzaklara doğru yöneldiği fotoğraflardan aile bireylerinin duygularının fotoğrafa daha çok yansıdığı fotoğraflara doğru değişimin yaşandığı görülmektedir. Özellikle teknolojinin gelişmesiyle de fotoğrafçının fotoğrafta varlığı sadece poz verdirmenin ötesine geçmiş, fotoğrafçı fotoğraf düzenleme yazılımları ile fotoğrafı tamamen değiştirebilecek kadar görüntünün içine girmiştir. Fotoğraf bu değişimlerin kaydedilmesi amacıyla, bir yandan değişimin kabulü ve yaygınlaşmasını sağlarken diğer yandan da yapılan kayıt ile kültürel belleğin oluşturulması, saklanmasını sağlamıştır. Bu gelişmeler fotoğrafın saklanma, sergilenme biçimlerini de etkilemiştir. Geçmişte sadece albümlerde veya çerçevelerde sergilenebilen fotoğraflar; günümüzde cep telefonlarında, elektronik ortamlarda kaydedilmekte veya sosyal paylaşım sitelerinde yerini almaktadır.

Apart from daily life since the day it was invented, photography has recorded the days accepted as important by the society and ensured the preservation of the image and has become an unchanging and important actor of the rituals. Photography freezes and records important moments of time, a brief moment that changes people's lives, and thus becomes a proof of a moment. As we approach the present day from the proclamation of the Republic, it is seen that there is an increase in the variety of rituals, the importance given to the visual part of marriage increases, and this situation is reflected in the photographs. It is seen that there has been a change in the wedding photographs from past to present with the influence of people, photographer and technological possibilities. It is now seen that there is a shift in the direction of the lens within the framework of certain rules, from the photographs in which the eyes are directed away, to the photos where the feelings of the family members are more reflected in the photograph. Especially with the development of technology, the presence of the photographer in photography has gone beyond just posing, the photographer has entered the image enough to completely change the photo with photo editing software. For the purpose of recording these changes, photography enabled the acceptance and dissemination of the change on the one hand, and on the other hand, the creation and preservation of the cultural memory with the recording made. These developments also affected the way the photograph was hidden and exhibited. Photos that could only be displayed in albums or frames in the past; nowadays it is recorded in mobile phones, electronic media or takes place on social networking sites.
