Özet
Bu araştırmada Kilis ilinde görev yapan okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin 2013 programında yer alan değerlendirme konusundaki tutumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Kilis il merkezindeki anasınıfı ve anaokullarında görev yapan 130 okul öncesi öğretmeninden elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ve“Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Değerlendirme Tutumu Anketi (OÖDTA)”kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde yüzde, frekans, bağımsız örneklemler için t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin cinsiyetine, eğitim düzeylerine, sınıflarında özel gereksinimli çocuk olup olmamasına göre değerlendirme konusundaki tutumlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin değerlendirme konusundaki tutumlarında mesleki kıdeme, mezun oldukları okula, görev yaptıkları kuruma, okulun bulunduğu sosyoekonomik çevreye ve sınıflarındaki çocuk sayısına göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu görülmüştür.

In this study, it is aimed to determine the preschool teachers' attitudes towards the assessment topic in preschool education program (2013), in Kilis province. In this research, survey method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The data of the study were obtained from 130 preschool teachers working in kindergartens and kindergartens classes (in elementary/high schools) in the city center of Kilis in the 2019-2020 academic year. As the data collection tool of this research,“Personal Information Form”and“Preschool Teachers' Assessment Attitude Questionnaire (PTAAQ)”developed by the researcher were used. PTAAQ is a five-point Likert type and consists of 52 items. SPSS program was used in the analysis of the data. Data analysis was carried out by using the percentage, frequency, independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance. As a result of the research, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference in preschool teachers' attitudes toward assessment regarding their gender, education levels, and whether they have children with special needs in their classes. On the other hand, it was observed that there was a statistically significant difference in the preschool teachers' attitudes toward assessment according to the professional seniority, the school they graduated from, the institution they work at, the socio-economic environment of the school and the number of children in their class.
