Özet
İslâm hukukunda üzerinde en çok durulan konulardan birisi de,“Azimet ve Ruhsat”meselesidir. Bu tez bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte, konunun kaynakları ve araştırma metotları hakkında bilgi verdik. Birinci bölümde, azimet ve ruhsatın ortaya çıkışını ele alarak Kur'an ve Sünnet'ten örneklerle açıkladık. İkinci bölümde, mezheplere göre ruhsatın kısımlarını, sebeplerini örneklerle incelemeye gayret ettik. Bu tezin amacı, azimet ve ruhsatın anlamlarını ilim adamlarına sunmaktır. Tezimizi hazırlarken İslâm hukukunun temel kaynaklarından istifade etmiş olmakla beraber, ortaya çıkan yeni problemler üzerinde günümüz ilim adamlarının çalışmalarından da faydalanmayı ihmal etmedik. Çalışmamızda, azimetin her zaman ruhsattan üstün olmadığını, aksine bazı konularda ruhsatın tercih edilmesi gerektiğini tespit ettik. Çoğu konularda azimete göre davranmak vacip olmasına rağmen, bazı meselelerde de ruhsata göre amel etmek vaciptir.

One of the most argumantal subject in law of İslam is the subject of“Azimet (Resolution) and Ruhsat (Permission)”. İn the introduction, we have informed about the sources which used in this thesis and the research methods. İn the first chapter, we have studied the appearance of the Resulation and Permission and we have referenced the examples from the holy Qur'an and the Sunnah (Tradition). In the second chapter, we have tried to present the causes of the Permission and the classification of the Permission according to the sects. The aim of this thesis is to present the meanings of the Resolution and Permission with a clear definition to the scientists. Although we have used the basic sources of islamic law while preparing this thesis, we have not neglected to use the studies of today's scientists that were about their comments on the problems newly come in to being with taking the basic principals of islamic law in to consideration. As a result of this study, we have fixed that the resulation is not absolutely excellent than Permission in the some matters. Although the Resulation have abligated in the some matters, the Permission have abligated in the many subject also.
