Özet
Emek yoğun bir sektör olan Hazır Giyim Sektöründe diğer imalat sektörlerinde de olduğu gibi çalışma şekilleri değişmektedir. Türk Hazır Giyim İşletmelerini rekabet edebilme gücünü ucuz emek kullanımından elde ediyor olmaları bu konuda arayışlar içerisine gir melerine neden olmaktadır. Enformel sektörde gizli istihdam kapsamında olan, eve işverme sistemi Hazır Giyim Sektöründe işlemlerin özelliğinden dolayı yaygın olarak kullanılmakta ve vasıfsız kadın işgücü hiç bir çalışma ve sosyal güvenlikleri olmadan istihdam edilmektedir. Bu nedenle; bu araştırmada Türk Hazır Giyim Sektöründe ve işverme sistemi kapsamında çalışan kadın işgücünün durumu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya giriş bölümüyle başlanmış, ikinci bölümde kav ramsal çerçeve ve ilgili araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın planlanması ve yürütülmesine temel olan materyal ve metot açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın dördüncü bölümünde, Hazır Giyim Sektöründe eve iş verme sistemi kapsamında çalışan kadın işgücünün durumunu ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılan anket sonuçlarından elde edilen verilerin tartışılması ve değerlendirilmesine yer verilmiş, elde edilen veriler istatistiksel analizleri yapılarak tablolarda sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise araştırma sonucu elde edilen evde çalışan kadın işgücünün sosyal ve ekonomik durumları ile sis temin organizasyon ve ücret yapısı ve yaşanan sorunlarla ilgili bulgular doğrultusunda bir sonuca varılmış ve bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.

Types of works on the Sector of Ready-Made Clothes which is a labour intensive sector have been changed. That Turkish Ready- Made Clothes Operations had the power to be able to compete by using cheap labour caused them to look for searches on this subject. The system to give work to home within the scope of concealed employment in inormal sector has been used at the Sector of Ready- Made Clothes due to speciality of operations and non-qualified women work force has been employed without reconing and without any la bour and social security. Therefore, in this research status of women workforce working within the scope of the system giving work to home in the Sector of Turkish Ready Made clothes has been tried to be determined. Research has been started with the section of“Introduction”and comceptional framework and related researches have been inc luded in the second section. In the third section materials and method which constituted basis for planning and administration of the re search have been tried to be explained. In the fourth section of the research data obtained from the results of questionnaire and their evaluation have been included; data so obtained have been presented in tables after making their statistical analyses. In the final section of the research however a conclusion has been reached in accordance with findings related with social and eco nomic situations of women workforce working at home and or ganization and wage structure of the system and current problems obtained as the result of research and some proposals have been put forth.
