Özet
ÖZET Ofis yönetimi ve verimlilik konulu çalışmamızda yönetimde verimlilik ve verimlilikle ilgili temel kavramlar üzerinde durulmuş, ofis verimliliğini etkileyen faktörler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca ofis verimliliğinin artırılmasının yol ve yöntemleri, ofis teknolojisi, ofiste verimliliğin ölçümü konularına yer verilmiştir. Diğer bölümde hizmet sektöründen biri olan bankacılık sektöründe ofis hizmetleri konusu incelenmiştir. Bu konuda 9 bankada 105 personel üzerinde soru kâğıdı çalışması uygulanmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma sonucunda şu hususlar belirlenmiştir : 1. Bankalarda yönetim görevini yerine getirebilmek için idari tecrübe gereklidir. Hazırlanan stratejik planların yerine getirilmesi için iletişim ortamının daha iyileştirilmesi gereklidir. 2. Bankacılık sektörü yeni teknolojik gelişmelere açık bir yapıya sahiptir. Ancak planlama ve bu planların uygulamasında personelin yeni fikirlerine verilen önem ve bunların teşvik oranı düşüktür. 3. Bankalarda çalışan yöneticiler liderlik vasıflarını orta derecede geliştirebilmektedirler. Yönetici personele daha fazla yetki ve imkan sağlanarak liderlik vasıfları geliştirilmelidir. 4. Çalışan personelin yapmış olduğu iş için eğitiminin yeterli olması, çalışma verimini yükseltecektir. 5. Çalışan personelin, çalışma ortamında uyumlu bir çalışma gerçekleştirmesi için, çatışmayı giderici bir eğitim verilmesi gereklidir. 6. Örgütsel bütünlüğün korunması için çalışan personelin karara katılımı teşvik edilmelidir. 7. Bankada çalışan personelin temsil kabiliyetine sahip olması, personelde aranan en önemli özelliktir.8. İletişim yapısının iyi olması bilgilerin doğru iletilmesini sağlayacak ve bu durum rekabet unsurunu artıracaktır. 9. Kullanılan bilgi iletişim sistemi amaca, belirlenen politikalara ve stratejilere uygun olmalıdır. 10. Bankalarda uzmanlaşmış personele çok fazla ihtiyaç vardır. Yetki devrine imkan verilmeli ve sorunların üst makamlara iletilmemesi verimliliği direkt olarak etkilemektedir. 11. Bankalarda daha geliştirilmiş bilgi ve enformasyon yapısına ihtiyaç vardır.

V ABSTRACT In our study of which subject is office administration and productivity, the basic concepts related to productivity and productivity in administration were emphasized and the factors influencing office productivity were serutinized. Besides, the subjects such as the ways and methods of increasing office productivity, office techology, measuring of productivitiy in the office were discussed in the study. In the other chapter, office services in the banking sector which is one of the service sectors were examined. For this, question paper study was implemented to 1 05 staff in 9 banks. The following findings were reached at the end of this study : 1. It is necessary to possess administrative experience to be able to conduct the administration tast in the banks. The communication enviroment must be improved in order that the prepared strategic plans can be carried out better. 2. The banking sector has a structure which is open to new techological developments. But in planning and in application of plans, the rate of importance given to the staff' views and the encouragement rate of them ore low. 3. The administrators working in banks are able to develop their leadership charateristics at medium level. It is necessary to provide more responsibilities and opportunities to administrative staff to develop their leadership characteristics. 4. The fact that the education of personnel for work is sufficient will in crease the work productivity. 5. It is necessary to give an education which will eliminate conflicts to realize a better and appropriate work enviroment for the working staff.VI 6. To keep the organizational unity, the participation of the staff to decisions should be encouraged. 7. The most important factor the staff working in bank must have is the ability of representation. 8. The fact that the nature of communication is good will provide the correct flow of information, which increases the competition factor. 9. The communication system used must be suitable to the determined policies and strategies. 10. The specialized staff are needed more in banks. The responsibility transfer must be a reality, and the transferring of the problems to hinger autorities influence the productivity directly. 11. It is necessary for banks to have a structure more developed in knowledge and information.
