Özet
11 ÖZET Eğitim, bir toplumun tüm fertlerini millî ve insanî değerler ölçüsünde olumlu davranış biçimleri kazandırarak, geleceğe hazırlayan bilim dalıdır. Çağımızda eğitim düzeyi yüksek olan devletler, kalkınmışlık seviyesini yakalamış olan devletlerdir. Kültür hayatımızda anne-babadan sonra gelen öğretmenler, toplumun eğitimini üstlenmek gibi yüce bir sorumluluğa sahiptirler. Çünkü insan, bütün güzellikleri ve erdemlerinin yanı sıra eğitime en çok muhtaç olan bir varlıktır. Araştırmamızda“öğretmen ve eğitim”gibi günümüz Türkiye'sinde en çok çözüm bekleyen bu iki önemli konuyu, bir eğitim tarihçisi gibi değil; bir edebiyat araştırıcısı olarak, yine bir edebiyat ürünü olan“roman”türüne yansımış şekliyle ele aldık. Zira insanla bütünleşmiş olan eğitim, yine insanı anlatan roman türüne çeşitli yönleriyle aksetmiştir. Şüphesiz ki romanın ana gayesi eğitim değildir. Ama diğer sosyal konular gibi eğitim de, roman türü nün konu edindiği bir realitedir. Bu çalışma önsöz, giriş, dört ayrı bölüm ve sonuç ile bibliyografyadan oluşmaktadır.

Ill ABSTRACT The education is a science branch which, acquiring positive attitude form to the all individuals of a community in the measure of national and humanitarian values, prepares them to the future. In our epoch only this states which have a high educational level, have reached the level of development. Coming after the parents in our cultural life the teachers have a sublime responsibility as to undertake the education of the public, because the human being, beyond its all beauty and morals is a being, who needs the education considerably more. In our investigation we have taken the two most important and waiting resolution problems in the modern Türkiye,“Teacher and Education”not as a historian of the educaiton, but as a literature researcher, in a form, reflected in the literature type“roman”. Because the education, integrated with the human being is reflected with its different directions in the roman, which is narrating the human being, too. The main aim of the roman is not the education, of course. But the education as the other social subjects is reality which is the subject, chosen by the literature type as the roman. This study includes the preface, introduction, four sparate parts and resolution and bibliography.
