Özet
ÖZET Türkiye, geniş alanlar kaplayan karasal Paleojen çökelleriyle Neojen çökellerine sahiptir. Bu karasal çökeller çok sayıda paleomemeli fosil yatak ve bulgu yerlerine sahiptir. Çalışmanın konusunu oluşturan MTA Tabiat Tarihi Müzesi'nin vitrin ve depolarında korunan, rapor ve yayınları bulunan 110 fosil bulgu yerinden toplam 8770 örnek bilgisayara yönelik olarak kataloglanmıştır. Değinilen bu örnekler değinilen karasal çökellerin yaşlandırılmasında son derece faydalı bir biçimde biyostratigrafik-biyokronolojik ve stratigrafik amaçlar için kullanılmaktadır ve vardığımız kolaylıklarlada kullanılmaya artan bir ivmeyle devam edecektir. Çalışmanın temelim oluşturan, kodlamalarda Eosen' de 1 lokalite'de 2 örnek, Oligosen' de 3 lokalite'de 24 örnek, Orta Miyosen' de 22 lokalite'de 2892 örnek, Geç Miyosen'de 69 lokalite'de 5472 örnek, Erken Pliyosen'de 4 lokalite'de 182 örnek, Geç Pliyosen'de 4 lokalite'de 181 örnek, Miyosen'de 1 lokalite'de 1 örnek, Pliyosen'de 2 örnek şüpheli olmak üzere 3 lokalite'de 3 örnek, Pleyistosen'de 7 lokalite'de 13 örnek olmak üzere toplam 110 lokalite'de 8770 örnek yer almaktadır. Varılan sonuçlar şimdiye kadar MTA Tabiat Tarihi Müzesi'nde bulunan raporların, yorumlanan yaşların ve Paleofaunanın bilgisayara aktarılan sonuçları olup bu sonuçlar bir sonu değil, sonu hedefleyen bir yolun başlangıcını oluşturmaktadır. 389

SUMMARY Turkey has Continental Palaeogene and Neogene deposits widespreadly exposed. These Continental deposits include abundance of palaeomammalian fossil bed and findings. The total 8770 samples from 110 fossil locations available in Reports an publications were filed up by computer technigues based on the studies carried out at shop and stores of MTA Natural History Museum. These samples are used in dating continental deposits for biostratigraphic, biochonologic and stratigraphic purposes in a useful manner, and they will be continuing to use increasingly with the facilities which we gained. The 110 fossil locations of 8770 samples include ; 1 location 2 samples in Eocene, 3 locations 24 samples in oligocene, 22 locations 2892 samples in Middle Miocene, 69 locations 5472 samples in Late Miocene, 4 locations 1 82 samples in Early Pliocene, 4 locations 181 samples in Late Pliocene, 1 location 1 sample in Miocene, 3 locations 3 samples (1 is probably) in Pliocene and 7 locations 13 samples in pleistocene. The obtained results are the interpreted age and palaeofaunal data of reports available in MTA Natural History Museum which transformed into computer. These results are not the end but they constitute the beginning of a path which aimed the end. 390
