Özet
Geçmişten günümüze uluslararası iş ortamında tedarik zinciri yönetimi üzerine yoğunlaşmak, rekabet avantajı sağlamanın stratejik bir yolu olarak görülmüştür. Gelecek nesillere kaynak sağlamak amacıyla ortaya çıkan sürdürülebilirlik kavramı ile dünya genelinde artan çevre koruma bilinci,“çevre dostu”ve“yeşil”faaliyetleri tüm sektörler için zorunlu ve stratejik hale getirmiştir. Tedarik zincirinde tedarikçi seçim süreci ve tedarikçi değerlendirme konuları çevresel boyut ile birlikte yeşil tedarikçi seçimi ve yeşil tedarikçi değerlendirme adı altında hem akademik hem de kurumsal çerçevede büyük ilgi görmüştür. Fakat mevcut tedarikçinin performansının değerlendirmesi şirketin performansını etkiler ve tedarikçi seçimi kadar önemlidir. Bu nedenle, mevcut tedarikçinin yeşil performansını değerlendirmek, eksik yönlerini belirlemek ve gelişmesine yardımcı olmak, yeşil bir tedarikçi seçmek kadar şirket performansı için stratejik öneme sahip olacaktır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada YTZY 'inde yeşil performans değerlendirme amacı ile yeni bulanık tabanlı çok kriterli bir karar verme yaklaşımı önerilmiştir. Önerilen model 3. Parti Lojistik (3PL) sağlayıcılarının performans değerlendirmesinde uygulanmıştır. Gerçek hayatta karar verme bir süreçtir ve belirsizlikler bu sürecin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Bu nedenle dilsel tercihler içeren bulanık küme teorisi kullanılarak sübjektif karar vericilerin algılarının somut bir net değere çevrilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu dilsel tercihler, her bir 3PL sağlayıcısına genel bir performans puanı oluşturmak için Tip-1 Bulanık TOPSİS ve ikizkenar Tip-2 Bulanık TOPSİS yaklaşımı ile birleştirilmiştir. İki yöntemin sonuçları analiz edilmiş ve tercih edilen yöntem ile kriterlerin önem düzeyindeki değişime bağlı olarak duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır.

Concentrating on supply chain management in the international business environment from past to present has been seen as a strategic way to provide competitive advantage. With the concept of sustainability, which has emerged with the aim of providing resources for future generations, environmental protection awareness increasing around the world has made“enviromentally friendly”and“green”activities compulsory and strategic for all sectors. The supplier selection process and supplier evaluation issues in the supply chain have received great interest both in the academic and institutional framework under the name of Green supplier selection and Green supplier evaluation along with the environmental dimension. However, evaluating the performance of the current supplier affects the performance of the company and is as important as the selection of supplier. Therefore, evaluating the green performance of the existing supplier, determining its missing aspects and help it develop will be of strategic importance for company performance as much as selecting a green supplier. Therefore, in this study, a new fuzzy based multi-criteria decision making approach has been proposed for the aim of green performance evaluation in GSCM. The proposed model was applied in the performance evaluation of 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers. The decision making in real life is a process and uncertainties are an integral part of this process. Therefore, it was aimed to translation the perceptions of subjective decision makers into a concrete net value by using fuzzy set theory which includes linguistic preferences. These linguistic preferences are combined with the Type-1 Fuzzy TOPSIS and the isosceles Type-2 Fuzzy TOPSIS approach to create an overall performance score for each 3PL provider. The results of the two methods were analyzed and sensitivity analysis was performed depending change in the importance level of the criteria with the preferred method.
