Özet
Amaç: Araştırma, başarılı bilardocuların müsabaka performanslarını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda belirlenmiş dört başarılı bilardocunun katıldığı 52 müsabakanın analizi yapılarak toplam 3228 vuruş incelenmiştir. Bilardo sporuna özgü biçimde hazırlanan müsabaka gözlem formu kullanılarak video analizi yoluyla oluşturulan veri seti SPSS 22.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde; Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi, Student t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, One-way ANOVA testi-Tamhane testi, süreklilik düzeltmeli (continuty correction) Ki-kare testi ve Pearson Ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Time out dâhil ve hariç durumlarda; kazanılan ve kaybedilen müsabakalar arasında ortalama vuruş süresinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermediği (p>0,05), vuruşun sayı olma durumu ile vuruş süresi arasında bağlantı olduğu (p<0,01), vuruş çeşidinin vuruş süresini istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği (p<0,01), çıkış topu tercihinin vuruş süresini etkilemediği (p>0,05), ayrıca çıkış topu tercihinin sayı olma oranını etkilemediği (p>0,05), çıkış yapılan top ile vuruş çeşidi arasında istatistiksel olarak bağlantı olduğu (p<0,01), vuruş çeşidi ile sayı olma arasında istatistiksel olarak bağlantı olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0,01). Sonuç: Kazanılan ve kaybedilen müsabakalarda ortalama vuruş süresi kullanımının farklılaşmadığı, sayı ile sonuçlanan vuruşların, sayı olmayanlara göre daha kısa sürede yapıldığı, sporcuların 23-24 saniye içinde vuruş yapmalarının ve bazı vuruş çeşitlerinin sporcular tarafından daha çok tercih edilmesinin, vuruşun sayı olarak sonuçlanma ihtimalini arttırabileceği, bazı vuruş çeşitlerine özgü çıkış topu tercihinde bulunulabileceği, hangi toptan çıkış yapılacağının vuruş süresini değiştirmediği ve bunun sayı elde etmeye etkisi olmadığı, time out kullanımının ortalama vuruş süresini önemli biçimde uzatmadığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

Aim: This study has been made to investigate competition performance of successful billiard athletes. Material and Method: In line with the aim of the study, a total of 3228 shots were analyzed by analyzing 52 competitions of which four successful billiards competed. The data set generated by video analysis, was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 package program by using the competition observation form, which was prepared specific to billiard sports. The analysis of the data; Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Student's t test, Mann-Whitney U test, One-way ANOVA test-Tamhane test, continuity correction chi-square (continuty correction) test and Pearson Chi-square test were used. Result: It has been determined that, including and excluding time out; the mean duration of the shots has not shown statistically significant difference between the won and lost competitions (p>0.05), there is a connection between the success of shots and the duration of the shots (p<0.01), shot type has a statistically significant effect on the duration of the shots ( p<0.01), preference of object ball did not affect both the duration of the shot (p>0.05), and the object ball preference did not affect success ratio of the shot (p> 0.05), there was a statistical connection between the object ball and the type of shot (p<0.01), it was determined that there is a statistical connection between the type of shot and success ratio (p <0.01). Conclusion: It has been concluded that there is no differentiation in shot duration average of won and lost competitions, successful shots have been made in shorter time than unsuccessful shots, if athletes perform their shots within 23-24 seconds and some kinds of shots are more preferred by the athletes, it may increase the probability of success of the shot. It has been obtained that some object ball preference can be made according to some shot types; object ball preference doesn't change shot duration and it doesn't have any effect on the success of the shot and that the use of time out did not significantly increase the average shot time.
