Özet
ÖZET Eldeki çalışma çağdaş Alman düşünürü Jürgen Habermas'm felsefe ve toplumsal bilimler çerçevesinde değerlendirilebilecek düşünceleri üzerine yoğunlaşmaktadır. Çalışma, Habermas'm“bilgikuramı toplumsal kuram olarak olanaklıdır”şeklinde özetlenebilecek temel yaklaşımını paylaşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ana eksenini bu yaklaşımın önce özne ya da bilinç felsefesi çerçevesinde, sonra da iletişim kuramı ve dil felsefesi çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilme çabası oluşturmaktadır. Bu genel çerçeve içinde Habermas'm pozitivist bilim anlayışı (Comte ve Popper); yorumbilgisel yaklaşımlar (Dilthey ve Gadamer); psikanalizin ilgl-çıkar temelinde pozitivizm ile yorumbilgisini birleştirebilme potansiyeli; açıklama ve anlamanın birleşimi açısından Weber'in kuramı; çalışma(emek) ve etkileşim açısından Marx'm kuramı; Aydınlanma ve ussallık sorunsalı; iletiş imsel eylem kuramı; modernlik ve postmodern söylem hakkındaki görüşleri ayrıntılı bir biçimde ele alınmaktadır. Sonuç olarak da, Habermas'm kuramının bu genel çerçevesi“anayasal yurtseverlik”ve“sivil itaatsizlik”kavramları aracılığıyla örneklenmeye çalışılmaktadır.

SUMMARY The present study concentrates on the thought of comtemporary German thinker Jürgen Habermas. The study shares one of Habermas' major thesis:“Epistemology is only possible as a social theory.”The main aim of this study is to realize this project firstly within the framework of the philosophy of subject and secondly within the framework of the theory of communicative action. Within the limits of this general framework, Habermas' thought is detailed vis a vis the positivist understanding of science (Comte and Popper); hermeneutics (Dilthey and Gadamer) ; the potential of psyho- analysis as a syhtesis between positivism and hermeneutics; the theory of Weber in terms of“understanding”and“explanation”; the theory of Marx in terms of“work( labor) ”and“interaction”; Enlightenment and the problematic of rationality; the theory of communicative action; modernity and postmodern critique of modernity. And finally within this theoretical context, Habermas' position is determined by the concepts“constitutional patriotism”and“civil disobedience”. 4
