Özet
Araştırma Sivas il merkezindeki lise öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerini ve ilişkili faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Sivas il merkezinde bulunan 33 lisede çalışan 1508 öğretmen ,örneklemini ise bu liselerde çalışan 863 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları öğretmenlere ders saatleri dışında dağıtılarak doldurmaları sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Programı)) paket programına kodlanarak değerlendirilmiştir.Veriler parametrik test varsayımlarını yerine getiremediğinden Kolmogrov-Smirnov testi kullanılmış verilerin dağılımlarının normallik varsayımını sağlaması durumunda, bağımsız iki grup karşılaştırılmasında T-testi, ikiden fazla grup karşılaştırılmasında ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan öğretmenlerin %42,5'i kadın, %57,5'i erkeklerden oluşmakta, %10,8'i bekar,%89,2'si evli, %19,7'si lisansüstü eğitime sahip, %90,8'i işi kendine uygun bulmakta, %53,9'u aldığı ücretten memnun değil. Araştırma kapsamına alınan öğretmenlerin yaşı ile tükenmişlik tüm alt boyutu puan ortalamaları, cinsiyeti ile kişisel başarı, eğitim durumu ile duygusal tükenme, medeni durumu ile duyarsızlaşma, sağlık algısı ile duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma puan ortalamaları arasındaki farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Ayrıca öğretmenlerin işi kendine uygun bulma ve işinden memnun olma durumu ile tükenmişlik tüm alt boyutları, meslekte çalışma yılı ile kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlaşma, haftalık çalışma süresi ile kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlaşma, alınan ücretten memnun olma durumu ile duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma puan ortalamaları arasındaki farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Çalışma sonucunda mesleği istemeyerek seçenlerin, bekarların, ekonomik durumu yüksek olanların, işinden hiç memnun olmayanların tükenmişlik puan ortalamalarının yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Meslek seçiminde iyi bir danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmeti verilmesi, böylelikle öğretmenlerin mesleklerini isteyerek seçmelerinin sağlanması, öğretmen okullarının ve eğitim fakültelerinin tercih edilme süreçlerinde bu konunun dikkate alınması önerilebilir.

The research was carried out in descriptive type in order to determine burnout levels and related factors of high school teachers in Sivas city center. The population of the study consisted of 1508 teachers working in 33 high schools in Sivas city center. The sample consists of 863 teachers working in these high schools. Personal data form and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used as data collection tools. Data collection tools were distributed to teachers outside of class hours. The data obtained were coded into the SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) package program and evaluated.Since the data could not meet parametric test assumptions, the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used if the distributions of the data provided the normality assumption, the T-test was used for comparison of two independent groups and the ANOVA test for comparison of more than two groups. 42.5% of the teachers included in the study were female, 57.5% were male, 10.8% were single, 89.2% were married, 19.7% had postgraduate education, 90% 8 of them find the job suitable for themselves, 53.9% are not satisfied with the wages. It was found that the difference between the mean scores of all sub-dimensions of burnout and age, personal accomplishment with gender, emotional exhaustion with education level, marital status with depersonalization, and mean perception of health with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were statistically significant (p <0, 05). In addition, teachers' finding the job selfsatisfied and job status and burnout,all subdimensions,professional success and depersonalization with the year of work, personal success and depersonalization with weekly working time,satisfaction with the status of the level of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of the difference between the mean scores It was found to be significant (p <0.05). As a result of the study, it was determined that burnout scores of those who unwillingly chose the profession, singles, those with high economic status, and who were not at all satisfied with their jobs were found to be high. It may be suggested that a good counseling and guidance service should be provided in the selection of the profession so that teachers can choose their profession voluntarily and that this issue should be taken into consideration in the process of choosing teacher schools and education faculties.
