Özet
Bu çalışma Schopenhauer'in üzerinde çok durulmayan ve hakkında yeterli çalışma yapılmayan kötümser felsefesine ilişkindir. Hayatın sürekli olumsuz yönüne vurgu yaparak acı, ıstırap, mutsuzluk gibi kavramlarla felsefesinin dikkat çeken yönünü ortaya koymuştur. Hayatın yaşanmaya değip değmediği, dünyanın ve insanların kötülüğü mistik düşüncelerini ortaya koymada etkili olmuştur. Bu çerçevede dinleri incelemiş ve bunlar hakkında bir kritik yapmıştır. Mental, ruhsal ve fiziksel olarak bu dünyada varoluşunu tamamlamaya çalışan insanın içinde bulunduğu olumsuz koşulları nasıl aşabileceğini kendi felsefesiyle anlatmıştır. Var oluşun dünya ile olan ilişkisini irdelemiş ve ölümden sonra ile ölümden önce olan boşluğu sorgulamıştır. Metafiziğin insandaki yerine değinerek içsel doğamızın ölümle birlikte ölüp ölmediğini sorgulamış ve bunları yaparken inandığı Budizm inancına bağlı olarak bu konuları ele almıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışma çağın en büyük ve en önemli kötümser filozofu olan Arthur Schopenhauer'in bu bağlamda ortaya koyduğu görüşlerini incelemiş ve onun karamsar felsefesini anlatmaya çalışmıştır.

This study so far addressed the pessimistic philosophy of Schopenhauer, which is not emphasized and has not been studied sufficiently. The continuous negative aspects of life, pain, suffering, unhappiness and so on. The concepts revealed the remarkable aspect of his philosophy. The question is whether life is worth living or not, the evil of the world and the people has been effective in revealing the mystical thoughts. In this context, he examined the religions and made them a critical issue. Mental, spiritual and physical in this world, trying to complete the existence of the negative conditions of people who try to overcome their own philosophy. He examined the relationship of existence with the world and questioned the emptiness before and after death. He touched upon the place of metaphysics in human beings and questioned whether our inner nature dies with death, and on the basis of his belief in Buddhism. In this context, in this thesis examined the views of Arthur Schopenhauer, the greatest and most important pessimist philosopher of the age, in this context and his pessimistic philosophy.
