Özet

53 Çalışmamızda 3, 6,12 ve 24 aylik Wisiar-Albino sıçan karaciğer do kusunda GM1( GD3, GD1a, GD1b, GT1b gangüozid fraksiyonları ile gîutat- yon ve malondialdehid arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Gangliozidlerin Yüksek Basınçlı Sıvı Kromatografisi ile analizi son rasında, GMı gangliozidinin 6. ayda %50 azalmasına rağmen; 12 aylık grupta arttığı, 24 aylık yaşlı grupta azaldığı bulunmuştur. GD3, GDib gangliozidleri taşıdıkları sialik asid grubundan dolayı daha polar bir ya pıya sahiplerdir. Bu iki gangliozidin 12. aya kadar arttığı, 24 aylık grupta ileri derecede anlamlı azalma gösterdikleri bulunmuştur. GD1a gangli- ozidi ise 12 aylık grupta artmış; bu artış 24 aylık grupta devam etmiştir. Yaşlanma sırasında GSH düzeyleri 3 aylıktan 12 aylığa doğru an lamlı derecede artmıştır, daha sonra 24 aylıkta azaldığı bulunmuştur. Buna karşılık MDA düzeyi 12. aya doğru azalmış, 24. aya doğru artmıştır. Fakat bu düzeylerin 24 aylık grupta 3 aylık gruba göre ileri derecede an lamlı azaldığı bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak daha ileride yapacağımız çalışmalarda; karaciğer ve diğer eksîranöronaî dokularda yüksek konsantrasyonda bulunan GM3 gangliozidinin çalışmakta olduğumuz fraksiyonlara ek olarak; yağ asidi kısımlarında gözlenecek değişimin incelenmesi yaşlanmaya gangüozid açaısından önemli bir bakış açısı kazandıracaktır.

54 SUMMARY in our study, the relationship between GM^ GD3, GD1a, GD1bl GT1b ganglioside fractions with glutathione and malondialdehyde levels were investigated in liver tissues in Wistar-Aibino rats which were 3, 6, 12 and 24 months of age. After the analysis of gangliosides in High Performance Liquid Chromatography, although GMi ganglioside fraction was decreased 50% in the 6-month-old rats, it was increased in 12-month-old rats, and then the decrease in the 24-month-old rats was found. GD3 and GD^ ganglioside fractions have more polar structures than the others due to the sialic acid groups they carry. Until the first 12 months of aging, this ganglioside fractions increased and in the 24-month-old rats compared to 3-month-old rats significantly decreased (p<0.01). in 12-month-old rats GD1a ganglioside fraction increased, this increase was found to continue in 24-month-old rats. During aging process, GSH levels were significantly increased in the 12-monîh-oîd rats compared to 3-month-oid rats, and then in 24- monîh-o!d rats the decrease in GSH levels was found. But the difference between 24-month-old rats and 3-month-old rats was not significant. However the MDA level decreased until in 12th month and incre ased until in 24th month.
