Özet
Son yıllarda dünyada ve ülkemiz de eğitim teknolojisinde süregelen gelişmeler, günden güne bağımlı duruma geldiğimiz yeni teknolojilerin eğitim alanında da söz sahibi olmasını sağlamıştır. Bilhassa bilgiye erişme yolunda vazgeçilmez kaynaklardan biri olan bilgi iletişim teknolojileri, Fatih Projesi aracılığıyla okullarımızda öğretmenlerimizin ve öğrencilerinizin daha fazla hayatına girmiş ve geleneksel öğrenme yöntemlerinin yanında internete dayalı eğitimi de mümkün hale getirerek çok yönlü bir eğitimin gerçekleşmesine yol açmıştır. Bu süreçte okullarımız eğitim portallarıyla tanışmış ve eğitimden evrensel ölçekte yararlanmaya başlamıştır. Böylece, eğitimde teknolojinin kullanımı, dünya ülkeleri tarafından yaygın olarak kullanılan eğitim portalları ile ivme kazanmıştır. Teknolojinin olanaklarından faydalanmak adına hayata geçirilen etkileşimli tahta ve tablet-pc'lerde materyal gereksinimi gidermek için geliştirilen EBA (Eğitimde Bilişim Ağı) Projesi, eğitimde sınırları kaldırma, kaliteyi ve niteliği artırma adına okullarımızda önemli bir gelişmeye imzasını atmıştır. Peki, eğitim teknolojilerindeki bu değişimlerin meslek lisesi öğretmen ve öğrencilerine yansıması hangi düzeylerde, nasıl gerçekleşmiştir? Bu soru eğitim alanında yaşanan değişimler karşısında hayatî bir soru olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çünkü bilim, sanat, kültür alanındaki değişimler, en çok kişiler üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkileriyle var olurlar. Çalışmamızda bu soruya yanıt bulmaya çalışırken eğitim alanında yaşanan teknolojik gelişmelerin bireyler üzerindeki etkisini gözler önüne sereceğiz.

In recent years, developments in educational technology in the world and in our country have enabled new technologies that we have become dependent on every passing day to have a say in the field of education. Information communication technologies, which are one of the indispensable sources of access to information, have entered the lives of our teachers and students in our schools through the Fatih Project and have led to a multi-faceted education by making internet-based education possible besides traditional learning methods. In this process, our schools were introduced to education portals and started to benefit from education on a universal scale. Thus, the use of technology in education has gained momentum with the education portals widely used by the countries of the world. The EBA (Information Network in Education) Project, which was developed with the aim of meeting the material needs of interactive boards and tablet-pcs implemented in order to take advantage of the opportunities of technology, has signed an important development in our schools in order to lift the boundaries in education and increase the quality and quality. So, at what levels, how did these changes in educational technologies reflect on vocational high school teachers and students? This question is a vital question in the face of changes in the field of education. Because the changes in the field of science, art and culture exist mostly with positive and negative effects on people. In our study, while trying to find an answer to this question, we will reveal the effects of technological developments in education on individuals.
