Özet
Dinçer Sümer'in hayatı ve tiyatroları üzerine yapılan çalışmanın amacı, yazarın tiyatrolarını ve Türk tiyatroculuğundaki yerini analiz etmektir. Türk tiyatrosunda, klasik tiyatrodan modern tiyatroya geçişte mihenk taşlarından biri olan Dinçer Sümer, tiyatrolarında hem bireyin hem de toplumun sorunlarını ele alan, bu sorunların çözüme kavuşturulması için fikirler üreten aydın bir yazardır. Bunları yaparken bütün hayatını verdiği tiyatronun gelişmesi için yeni ve farklı teknikler deneyen kendine özgü bir üslup geliştiren tiyatrocularımızdandır. Bu tezde daha önce hakkında çalışma yapılmamış olan Dinçer Sümer'in ondört tiyatrosu yapı ve içerik bakımından analitik yöntemle incelenmiştir. İki bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde yazarın hayatı ve tiyatroculuğu eserlerinden hareketle ele alınmış olup ikinci bölümde yazarın tiyatroları yapı, tema ve üslup açısından incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde Dinçer Sümer'in tiyatrolarındaki ortak ve farklı yönler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The purpose of the study on the life and theaters of Dinçer Sümer is to analyze the author's theaters and their place in Turkish theater. Dinçer Sümer, one of the cornerstones of the transition from classical to modern theater in Turkish theater, is an intellectual writer who deals with the problems of both the individual and the society in his theaters and produces ideas for the solution of these problems. While doing these ones, he is one of the theatrical actors who has developed a unique style that tries new and different techniques to development of the theater he gave his whole life. In this thesis, Dinçer Sümer's fourteen theaters, which have not been studied before, are analyzed in terms of structure and content by analytical method. In the first part of the study, which consists of two chapters, the life and theater of the author are discussed based on the works and in the second part, the theaters of the author are examined in terms of structure, theme and style. In the conclusion part, the common and different aspects of Dinçer Sümer's theaters are tried to be determined.
