Özet
ÖZET Araştırma, hastanede hastalara sunulan hemşirelik hizmetlerinin etkili, etkin ve verimli olmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin servis yönetimi ile ilgili görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla planlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına; İstanbul belediye sınırları içindeki Sağlık Bakanlığı Haydarpaşa Numune Hastanesi, Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu İstanbul Hastanesi ve İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp ve Eğitim Hastanesi'nde çalışan 99 servis sorumlu hemşiresi alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında kullanılan anket formunun birinci bölümünde, servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin tanıtıcı özellikleri, ikinci bölümde ise servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin servis yönetimi ile ilgili aktiviteleri yer almıştır. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmesi için yüzdeleme ve“oneway”varyans analizi testleri kullanılmıştır.- Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre; - Servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin %81.8'inin 30 yaş ve üzerinde, %52.5'i ön lisans mezunu, %83.9'unun 10 yılın üzerinde hizmet süresine, %49.5'inin 0-5 yıl yöneticilik süresine sahip olduğu, % 12.1' inin Servis sorumlu hemşiresi olmadan önce %15.1'i Servis sorumlu hemşiresi olduktan sonra servis yönetimiyle ilgili kurs veya seminer aldığı belirlenmiştir. - Tüm kurumlarda çalışan servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin bilgi puanlarının kısmen yeterli olduğu, kurumlar arasında farklılık olmadığı, yaş ve hizmet süresinin bilgi puanlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği, ancak eğitim durumunun ve yöneticilik sürelerinin önemli bir etki oluşturmadığı saptanmıştır. - Servis sorumlu hemşirelerin personel yönetimi yada kişiler arası ilişkilerle ilgili 5, fizik çevre ve iş ortamıyla ilgili 4, hasta bakımı ile ilgili 1 aktivitenin en çok kendi yönetim sorumluluğu içinde olduğunu, diğer yandan personel yönetimi ilgili 3, fizik çevre ve iş ortamı ilgili 3, hasta bakımı ile ilgili 2, temsil yeteneği ve eğitim sorumluluğu ile ilgili 1 aktivitenin kendi yönetim sorumluluğu içinde olmadığını belirttikleri belirlenmiştir. - Servis sorumlu hemşirelerinin en çok yönetimle ilgili konulan bilmek istedikleri ve amirlerinden destek görmek istedikleri saptanmıştır. ABSTRACT That reseacrh has been planed to investigate the charge nurses ideas to unit management since charge nurse has a unique position for the provision of the services in an effective, efficient and productive way. 99 charge nurses who work in Health Ministry Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital, Social insurance Company Istanbul Hospital and Istanbul University Istanbul Medicine and Educate Hospital were included in the reseacrh sample. İn the study a charge nurse questionnaire was used to collect the data. The first part included the personel data and the second part contain questions which have examples of the activities of charge nurses related to unit management. Percentile and oneway varians were used for the evaluation at data. İt was observed that: - The 81.8 % of charge nurses ages are 30 older - The 52.5 % of charge nurses complete the prelicence program - The 83.9 % of charge nurses have over 10 year of experience, the 49.5 % charge nurses have 0-5 year of management experience - The 12.1 % of charge nurses had attended a course before the post and, the 15.1 % of charge nurse had attented a course or a seminar about the unit management after the post. Charge nurses knowledge points were partly satistactory in three of the hospitals. There was no statistical difference in terms of points between the three hospitals. The age the years of experience and years of management experience affected the charge nurses knowledge points in a positive way. It has been understood that, educational background didn't have an important effect on the points. Five activities in personel management, four activities in physical sorrounding and warking conditions, one activity in patient care were accepted most by the charge nurses. On the other hand, three activities in personel management, in physical sorrounding and working conditions, two activities in patient care, one activities in the educational and representation ability were not accepted as charge nurse responsibility in the unit management.
