Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı BIST'de işlem gören spor kulüplerinin entelektüel sermaye değerlerini ölçerek, spor kulüplerinin mali yapısını düzenleyen ve denetleyen kurumlardan biri olan UEFA'nın ortaya koyduğu Finansal Fair Play kriterlerinin, kulüplerin entelektüel sermayeleri üzerinde etkilerini ölçmektir. Üç bölümden oluşan çalışma endüstriyel futbol kavramı, futbol kulüplerinin mali yapısı, futbolda gelir ve gider türleri, UEFA'nın lisanlama kriterleri ve Finansal Fair Play ile başlamış devam eden bölümde entelektüel sermayenin ölçümü ve raporlanması ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde entelektüel sermayeyi işletme bazında ölçen yöntemler ile spor kulüplerinin FFP kriterlerinin uygulamaya konulduğu 2013 yılından önce ve sonra olmak üzere 10 yıllık entelektüel sermaye değerleri ölçülmüş ve Finansal Fair Play'in entelektüel sermayeye etkisi değerlendirilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to measure the intellectual capital values of the sports clubs traded on the BIST and determine the effects of the financial fair play criteria on the intellectual capital of the clubs, which is presented by UEFA-one of the institutions regulating and controlling the financial structure of the sports clubs. The concept of industrial football that consist of three section, the financial structure of football clubs, the types of income and expenses in football, the licensing criteria of UEFA and the ongoing section which started with the financial fair play and the measurement and reporting of the intellectual capital were discussed.In the application section of the study, business bases intellectual capital values and 10 years intellectual capital values before and after 2013 when the ffp criteria of sports clubs have been put into practice have been measured.It is finished with evaluating the effects of financial fair play on intellectual capital.
