Özet
Bu araştırma yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan ders kitaplarından olan Yedi İklim Türkçe A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 ve C2 ders kitapları ile Yeni Hitit Türkçe A1, A2, B1, B2 ve C1 ders kitaplarında yer alan okuma metinlerinde kültür aktarımı yapılırken hangi kültürel ögelere yer verildiğinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel olan araştırma, betimsel tarama modellidir. Araştırmada doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Söz konusu kitaplardaki kültürel ögeler analiz edilmiştir. Ders kitaplarındaki toplam kültürel ögeler her bir kitap için ayrı ayrı ortaya konmuş, gerek Yedi İklim Türkçe ders kitapları gerekse Yeni Hitit Türkçe ders kitapları öncelikli olarak kendi içinde seviyelerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Daha sonra ise Yedi İklim Türkçe ders kitapları ile Yeni Hitit Türkçe ders kitapları seviyelere göre kültürel ögeler bakımından birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Yedi İklim Türkçe ders kitaplarının tamamında yer alan toplam kültürel öge sayısının 259 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yeni Hitit Türkçe ders kitaplarının tamamında ise yer alan toplam kültürel öge sayısının 108 olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Yedi İklim Türkçe ders kitaplarının ve Yeni Hitit Türkçe ders kitaplarının dil seviyesi arttıkça kültürel öge sayısının ters orantılı bir şekilde azaldığı görülmüştür. Ancak toplam kültürel öge sayısı tek tek seviyelere göre değerlendirildiğinde; Yedi İklim Türkçe ders kitabı ile Yeni Hitit Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki toplam kültürel öge sayısının artış ve azalış yönünden farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca ders kitaplarının kültürel öge olarak beden dilinin kullanımına yok denecek kadar az yer verilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine which cultural elements of the reading texts in the textbooks of Yeni Hitit at level of A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 Yedi İklim at level of A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 used in teaching Turkish to foreigners and to determine what extent these cultural elements are included in the headings. This qualitative research was conducted according descriptive survey model and document review technique were used. Cultural elements in these books were analyzed. The total cultural elements in the textbooks were presented separately for each book, and both Yedi İklim Turkish textbooks and Yeni Hitit Turkish textbooks were assessed according to their level within themselves. After the assessment, Yedi İklim and Yeni Hitit textbooks were compared and evaluated according to the levels in terms of cultural elements. As a result of the study, it was found that the total number of cultural items in the entire Yedi İklim Turkish textbooks is 259 and the total number of cultural items in Yeni Hitit Turkish textbooks is 108. It was observed that as the language level of the textbooks increases, the number of cultural items decreases inversely. However, when the total number of cultural items is evaluated according to individual levels; It has been determined that the total number of cultural items in Yedi İklim Turkish textbooks and Yeni Hitit Turkish textbooks differ in terms of increase and decrease. In addition, in the textbooks, body language as cultural elements is almost no place to use.
