Özet
Bu çalışmada, Çin, Japon ve hibrid genotipli ipekböceklerinin, üç farklı şekilde elde edilen döllenmemiş yumurtalarında, düşük, yüksek ve kombine sıcaklıkla partenogenezin teşvik edilmesi ve en uygun sıcaklık uygulamasının saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Partenogenetik gelişmenin göstergesi olarak yumurtalarda pigmentasyona bakılmıştır. Pigmentasyonlu yumurta oranı, genotiplere göre farklılık göstermiştir (P<0.01). Japon genotipli döllenmemiş yumurtaların, Çin ve hibrid genotiplilere göre partenogenetik gelişmeye başlamada daha uygun oldukları sonucuna varılmıştır.

The aim of this research is to encourage the parthenogenesis by using three different temperature levels (namely, low, high and combine temperatures) and to determine the most suitable in all of them. To do this, the unfertilized silkworm eggs of Chinese, Japanese and hybrid genotypes obtained by three diffrent types. Pigmentation in eggs was used as an indication of parthenogenetic development. The results of the statistical analysis confirmed that there was a significant difference in ratio of eggs with pigmentation between genotypes (p<0.01). It was concluded that the unfertilized eggs of Japanese genotypes were more suitable to start parthenogenetic development than those of Chinese and hybrid genotypes.
