Özet
Bu çalışmada, opera literatürünün en büyük eserlerinden olan Don Carlos ve Carmen operalarında yer alan bariton karakterlere icra bakımından hazırlanılmasına yönelik nefes ve ses egzersiz önerileri yapılmıştır. Öncelikle sesin oluşumuna katkıda bulunan bütün mekanizmalar tüm yönleriyle anlatılmış, görsellerle detaylandırılmıştır. Tanıtılan mekanizmaların ardından erkek ve kadın sesinin karakterleri ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, bariton bir ses icracısının, seçilen operalara hazırlanırken amaca yönelik yazılmış olan egzersizlerle hangi registeri nasıl geliştireceğini ve bu gelişim sürecinin seste ne gibi pozitif etkilere yol açabileceği incelenmiştir. Her önerilen egzersiz, sese nasıl bir katkıda bulunur nedenleriyle birlikte açıklanmıştır. Bu tezde yer alan egzersiz önerileriyle, seçilen operaların bariton karakterlerini seslendirecek olan icracıların seslerinin elastikiyetinin arttırılması, kas güçlerinin geliştirilmesi ve homojen bir tonda vokal partileri seslendirecek donanıma sahip olmaları hedeflemiştir.

In this study, based on Don Carlos and Carmen operas, which are one of the greatest works of opera literature, exercise suggestions were made for the baritone character of these operas. First of all, all mechanisms that provide the formation of sound are detailed with the images and explanations. Following the mechanisms introduced, human voice characters are explained in detail. In this study, the sound performer examines which register is developed with the exercises written for the purpose while preparing for the selected operas and what positive effects these developments can have on the sound. Each written exercise was examined along with its reasons. In addition to the exercises specified in this thesis, the exercise recommendations mentioned in the lower part of the selected operas, aiming to increase the elasticity of the performer who will perform this piece, improve the muscular power and vocalize the whole vocal party in a homogeneous tone.
