Özet
Günümüzde Tükenmişlik Sendromu, artan rekabet koşulları ve teknolojiyle birlikte oldukça popüler hale gelmiştir. Özellikle hizmet sektöründe bulunan bireyler tükenmişlik sendromunu daha fazla yaşamaktadırlar. Psikolojik sermaye ise, son yıllarda daha fazla dikkat çeken bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Modern toplumlarda bireylerin gerek iş gerekse sosyal çevresinde daha mutsuz olduğu, hayata daha umutsuz baktığı bir gerçektir. Psikolojik sermaye, bu mutsuzluğu ve umutsuzluğu azaltmak amacıyla ortaya çıkmış bir kavramdır. Çalışma, tükenmişlik ve alt boyutları ile psikolojik sermaye ve alt boyutları arasında ilişki olup olmadığını araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma Yalova İli'nde bulunan özel bir elektrik şirketinde çalışan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 238 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda; çalışanların psikolojik sermaye ve boyutlarının tükenmişlik ve boyutları üzerine etkisinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Nowadays, burnout syndrome has become very popular by the help of increasing competition conditions and technology. Particularly in the service sector, individuals are more likely to experience burnout syndrome. The concept of psychological capital is a concept that attracts more attention in recent years. It is a fact that in modern societies, individuals are more unhappy in the business and social environment, and look more hopeless in life. The concept of psychological capital is a concept that has emerged to reduce this unhappiness and despair. The study was conducted to investigate the relationship between burnout and sub-dimensions and psychological capital and sub-dimensions. The study was conducted with 238 people working in a private electricity company in Yalova and who agreed to participate in the work. As a result of the study it was found out that the employees had an effect on the burnout and the dimensions of their psychological capital and dimensions.
