Özet
Pozitif psikoloji, insanların olumlu karakter özelliklerini, erdemlerini ve güçlü yanlarını merkeze alan bir disiplindir ve amacı normal hayatı daha doyurucu hale getirmektir. Pozitif psikolojik sermaye ise çalışanların olumsuz yönlerini merkeze almak yerine çalışanların olumlu davranışlarını merkeze alarak bunu verimliliğe dönüştürebilmeyi hedefler. Bu araştırmada gelecek nesillere örnek teşkil eden öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları pozitif psikolojik sermaye algılarının iş tatmini, iş performansı ve örgütsel bağlılıkları üzerinde etkili olup olmadığı test edilmiştir. Oluşturulan hipotezleri test edebilmek için 421 kişilik örneklem grubuna tüm ölçeklerin yer aldığı 76 sorudan oluşan anket formu internet ortamında katılımcılara sunularak verilere ulaşılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algılarının örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve iş performası üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkilerinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Demografik faktörler ile pozitif psikolojk sermaye algılarının arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma olup olmadığı incelendiğinde ise sadece branş ve okul türü arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma belirlenmiştir.

Positive psychology is a discipline that focuses on people's positive character traits, virtues and strengths, and aims to make normal life more satisfying. Positive psychological capital, instead of focusing on the negative aspects of employees, aims to turn this into productivity by focusing on their positive behavior. It has been tested whether the positive psychological capital perceptions of the teachers, which serve as an example for future generations, have an effect on job satisfaction, job performance and organizational commitment. In order to test the hypotheses, a questionnaire consisting of 76 questions including all scales was presented to the participants in 421 sample group on the internet and the data were obtained. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that teachers' perceptions of positive psychological capital had positive and significant effects on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance. When there is a significant difference between demographic factors and positive psychological capital perceptions, only a significant difference between branch and school type has been determined.
