Özet
ÖZET Peyzaj, yapıların ve doğanın özelliklerine uygun fonksiyonel, rasyonel ve estetik bir çevre düzenleme sanatıdır. Düzenleme bir taraftan yüzeyle, diğer taraftan hacimle, formla ve özellikle plastik öğelerle yaratılan üç boyutlu ortamdır. Araştırma konusu olarak seçilen heykel ve plastik öğelerde, peyzaj planlamalarında mekanı fonksiyonel ve estetik açıdan etkileyen sanat eserleridir. Heykel ve plastik öğeler süreç içinde değişiklikler göstererek peyzaj planlamada bugünkü yerini almıştır. Ancak bu süreci tamamlarken ve halen mekan içinde heykel ve plastik öğelerin konumu ve mekana etkisi açısından birçok problemleri bulunmaktadır. Bu problemler peyzaj düzenlemelerinde mekanı etkilediği gibi bireyler üzerinde de olumsuz gelişmeler yaratmaktadır. Bu sorunları ortaya çıkarmak ve çözüm önerileri getirmek amacıyla birkaç aşamadan oluşan bir araştırma yöntemi izlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucu, heykel ve plastik öğelerin peyzaj planlama açısından önemi, mekana etkisi ve uygulama yönünden problemleri saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak problemlerin temelinde heykel ve plastik öğelerin plansız konumlanmaları ve bu plansızlığın getirdiği sorunlar oluşturmaktadır. Bu sorunlara çözümler eserlerin tasar öğeleri ve ilkeleri ışığı altoda planlanması ile ilişkilidir. Ayrıca tasarım sırasındaki koordinasyon ve uygulama metodlan ile ilgili bazı çözümler önerilmektedir.

VI ABSTRACT Landscaping is a functional, rational and esthetic envorinment arrangement art suitable to the pecularities of structures and nature. Arrangement is a three dimensional social setting established by surface and on the other hand by volume, form and especially by plastic elements. Sculptures and plastic elements chosen for the investigation subject are the art works that effect the place during landscape plannings in functional and esthetic point of view. Sculptures and plastic elements take their current places in landspace planning by showing modifications by time. But while completing this period there exist many problems about the place and effect to the place of the sculptures and plastic elements. These problems both effect the place during landscaping arrangements and create negative developments on the individuals. To determine these problems and propose some solutions, an investigation method consists of few phases was followed. As a result of the investigation, the importance of sculptures and plastic elements for the landscaping planning, their effects to the place and their application problems were determined. The unplanned placements of the sculptures and plastic elements and results of this unplanning form the basic lines of these problems. The main solution for these problems is to plan the art works according to their principles and elements. Besides some solutions related to the coordination and application methods during planning are proposed.
