Özet

Gelişen bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojilerinin kişisel ve kurumsal alanda gerçekleştirilen içerik üretim çalışmalarını olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmektedir. Özellikle bilgisayar çağından önce sadece fikir aşamasında kalan birçok eğitim materyalinin varlığı, teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte gerçeğe dönüşmüştür. Bu fikirler aracılığıyla ortaya çıkan dijital metin belgeleri, ses kayıtları, videolar ve elektronik kitaplar getirdiği avantajlar ile eğitim süreçlerinde kendilerine kolayca yer bulmuşlardır. Ayrıca eğitim sürecinin zaman ve mekân kısıtlılıklarına bağlı olunmadan gerçekleştirilebilecek olması dijital materyalleri olan talepleri arttırmıştır. Bu sebeple kişi ve kurumlar, ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda profesyonel, etkileyici, kalıcı, kaliteli materyaller üretmek için yoğun çaba göstermektedirler. Günümüzde içerik türleri araştırıldığında farklı amaçlar doğrultusunda geliştirilmiş farklı türlerde çok sayıda içerik türü bulunmaktadır. Amaçlar doğrulusunda tercih edilen bu türler, üretim süreçleri aşamasında farklı yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Farklı içerik türlerinden yararlanılarak oluşturulan eğitim sistemlerinin, eğitimi alan kişilere daha fazla ve çeşitli eğitim materyali sunmasının eğitim sürecini daha verimli hale getirdiği kabul edilen bir gerçektir. Bu nedenle birden fazla içerik türünün bir arada kullanılarak elde edildiği zenginleştirilmiş içeriklerin eğitimin verimliliğine olumlu katkı sağladığı geniş kitleler tarafından kabul edilmektedir. Zenginleştirilmiş içeriklerin üretim sürecinde ortaya çıkan yüksek maliyet, profesyonel iş gücü, ekipman ihtiyaçları bu türün üretimini zorlaştırdığı gibi yeterli sayıda içerik üretilememesine neden olduğu görülmektedir. Bu sebeple çalışmada zenginleştirilmiş içerik üretimi aşamasında beliren maliyet, iş gücü ve ekipman ihtiyaçlarına işlevsel çözümler aranmıştır. Bu çözümlerin bir arada bulunacağı bir içerik geliştirme amaçlı platformun oluşturulması hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca mevcut bulunan içeriğin de teknolojinin getirdiği yeni üretim teknikleriyle geliştirileceği bir platform olması beklenmektedir. Uygulama alanı olarak Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri Bölümü seçilmiştir.

It is seen that development of computer and communication technologies positively affect the content production activities carried out in the personal and corporate areas. Especially before the computer age, the existence of many educational materials which remained only in the idea stage became a reality with the development of technology. Digital text documents, voice recordings, videos and electronic books that emerged through these ideas have brought their advantages easily to the educational processes. In addition, the fact that the training process can be performed without being bound by time and space constraints has increased the demands for digital materials. For this reason, individuals and institutions are working hard to produce professional, impressive, permanent, quality materials according to the needs. Today, when content types are investigated, there are many different types of content developed for different purposes. Depending on the purposes of these types, different methods are used in the production processes. It is an accepted fact that the education systems created by using different content types provide more and more educational materials to the people who have received training, making the education process more efficient. For this reason, it is accepted that enriched content, which is obtained by using more than one content type together, contributes positively to the efficiency of education. It is seen that the high cost, professional labor and equipment requirements of the enriched contents in the production process make this type difficult to produce and not enough content can be produced. For this reason, functional solutions were searched for cost, labor and equipment requirements that appeared during enriched content production stage. It is aimed to create a content development platform that combines these solutions. It is also expected that the existing content will be a platform where new production techniques developed by the technology will be developed. Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Management Information Systems was chosen as the application area.
