Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı; özel eğitim kurumları çerçevesinde ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademesinde işlenen müzik dersinin veli beklentileri ve müzik öğretmeni açısından değerlendirilmesi, ailenin yaş, cinsiyet, meslek ve eğitim düzeyine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği aynı zamanda beklentinin öğrencinin eğitim kademesine (ilkokul-ortaokul-lise) göre değişebileceği ihtimalinin neler olduğunu öğrenmektir. Araştırma bulguları, alanında uzman kişilerle birlikte araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuş olan Veli Beklenti Ölçeği ile Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Müzik Öğretmeni Anketi aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Bolu ilinde bulunan 11 özel okulda eğitim gören 328 öğrenci velisi ve bu okullarda eğitim vermekte olan 11 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, velilerin müzik dersini önemli gördüğü, okul imkânlarını yeterli görmedikleri, cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi ve öğrencinin eğitim kademesine göre beklentilerinde anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılırken, müzik öğretmenlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar ise, müzik dersinin veliler tarafından yeterince önemsenmediği, okul imkânlarının ders işleyişi için yeterli olmadığı, okullarda birden fazla müzik öğretmeni olması gerektiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

The main purpose of this research is; In the framework of special education institutions, the assessment of the music course in the primary, secondary and high school levels in terms of parents expectations and music teacher, whether the family varies according to age, gender, occupation and education level, and also the possibility that the expectation may vary according to the education level of the student (primary school-secondary school-high). learning what is happening. The findings of the research were obtained by means of the Personal Information Form and the Music Teacher Questionnaire, which were created by the researcher together with the experts in the field, the Parent Expectation Scale. The study group of the study consisted of 328 pupils studying in 11 private schools in Bolu province in 2018-2019 academic year and 11 music teachers providing education in these schools. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that the parents consider music lessons as important, they do not see the school facilities enough, there are significant differences in terms of gender, age, education level and expectations of students according to education level, while the results obtained from music teachers are not cared enough by parents. it was not enough for its functioning and it was concluded that there should be more than one music teacher in schools.
