Özet
Adli suçlarda kullanılmış olan, davaların işleyiş süreçlerine doğrudan etki eden ve her birisi ayrı bilgiler içeren suç eşyaları Adalet Saraylarının suç (adalet) belleğini oluşturmaktadır. Bu bilgilerin düzensiz, korunaksız ve sistemsiz biçimde muhafazası; mahkemelerin işleyiş süreçlerini etkileme, davanın sonuçlanmasını geciktirme gibi problemler oluşturmaktadır. Tüm bu sebepler dolayısıyla adli emanet depolarının tasnifi, suç eşyalarının uygun koşullar altında muhafazası ve mevcut sorunların giderilmesi davanın süreci açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ülkemiz Adalet Saraylarının, Emanet Bürolarında bulunan suç eşyalarının zarar görmemesi, burada çalışan personellerin sağlıksız koşullarda çalışmaması, mahkemelerin suç eşyasının emanet bürodan temini gibi basit bir sebepten dolayı problem yaşamaması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma, genel arşivcilik prensipleri doğrultusunda Türkiye'deki adli emanet depolarının sorunlarının çözülmesi amacıyla hazırlanmış bir model oluşturma önerisidir.

The criminal instruments which has been used in criminal offenses, and what has the direct effects to the process of the case with the separate information for each instrument is the memory of justice palaces. Having this information in an irregular, unprotected and unsystematic storage format will affect the function of the courts, and will cause problems like delaying the conclusion of the case. For all these reasons, the classification of the forensic entrusted warehouses, and preserving the criminal instruments under appropriate conditions and eliminating the existing problems is of great importance for the process of the cases. In the Justice Courts of our country, prevention the damage of the criminal instruments in the court's escrow offices, avoiding the working staff from working in unhealthy conditions and having the ability of providing the court's criminal instruments are simple reasons to making sure to not having any problems. In this study with a principles of the archivists, a proposal to create a prepared model to resolve the problems in the forensic entrusted warehouses in Turkey.
