Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye, bölgeler ve Bitlis ilinin beşeri sermaye durumu ve kaynaklarını araştırmak, beşeri sermayenin gelecekte Türkiye'nin büyümesine, eğitim ve sağlık sektörü açısından ne tür olumlu katkılarının olabileceğini incelenmektir. Bu çalışmada, beşeri sermayenin temel unsurları olarak kabul edilen eğitim ve sağlık alanlarında gerekli istatistiki verileri toplamak suretiyle sonuca ulaşmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca beşeri sermayenin, Türkiye, bölgeler ve Bitlis'in geleceğine olan olumlu katkısı, kamu ve özel kurumlar tarafından yapılan inceleme ve araştırmalar da dikkate alınarak, sağlık, eğitim ve gayri safi yurtiçi hasılaya ait verilerin daha gerçekçi bir şekilde analiz edilmesini sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın diğer amacı, beşeri kaynağın tanımlanması ve geliştirilmesinin Bitlis kentinin geleceğine nasıl katkıda bulunacağını araştırmaktır.

The aim of this study is to investigate the human capital situation and resources of Turkey, regions and Bitlis, to examine what kind of positive contributions can be made to the growth of Turkey in the future, in terms of education and health sector. In this study, it tried to reach the result by collecting necessary statistical data in education and health fields which are accepted as the basic elements of human capital. In addition, the positive contribution of the human capital to Turkey, the regions and the future of Bitlis aims to provide a more realistic analysis of data on health, education and gross domestic product, taking into account studies and investigations by public and private institutions. The other aim of this study is to research how the identification and development of human resource will contribute to the futures of the city of Bitlis.
