Özet
Kurumlar, geleneksel iş süreçlerinde ürettikleri belgelerin elektronik ortamda yönetilmesini sağlayan bilgi sistemlerine ihtiyaç duymuştur. Bilgi teknolojilerinin gelişmesi, belgelerin dijital ortama taşınmasına olanak sağlayarak bu ihtiyacı gidermiştir. Ancak EBYS'nin kurumlara entegre edilmesi kullanıcılara birçok fayda sağlamasının yanı sıra kullanıcıların yeni bir teknolojik düzene uyum sağlamalarını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu nedenle çalışanların EBYS kullanım niyetini etkileyen faktörlerin anlaşılması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Birleştirilmiş Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanımı Teorisine (BTKKT) dayanarak Bartın Üniversitesi'nde 2015 tarihinden beri kullanılan EBYS'nin kullanım niyetini etkileyen faktörleri tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın evreni Bartın Üniversitesi'nde çalışan akademik ve idari personelden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış ve veriler yüz yüze anket tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Değerlendirmeye alınan ve analizde kullanılan toplam anket sayısı 270'tir. Araştırmada R programı ile yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) uygulanarak veriler analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca IBM SPSS Statistics 23 ile betimleyici analizler ve korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre önerilen modelde; EBYS kullanım niyeti, %61 oranında performans beklentisi, çaba beklentisi ve sosyal etki faktörleriyle açıklandığı belirlenmiştir. Ampirik analizin sonuçlarına göre performans beklentisi ve sosyal etki faktörlerinin kullanım niyeti üzerinde olumlu bir etkiye sahip olduğu, fakat çaba beklentisi faktörünün olumlu bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.

Institutions needed information systems that enable the management of documents they produce in traditional business processes in electronic environment. The development of information technologies has enabled this need to be transferred to digital media. However, integrating ERMS into the institutions has provided many benefits to the users and necessitated the users to adapt to a new technological order. Therefore, it is very important to understand the factors that affect employees' intention to use ERMS. The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to determine the factors that affect the intention to use the IMS which has been used since 2015 at Bartin University based on the Unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The population of the research consists of academic and administrative staff working at Bartin University. In the study, quantitative research method was used and the data were obtained by face to face survey technique. The total number of questionnaires that were evaluated and used in the analysis was 270. In the research, the data were analyzed by applying structural equation model (SEM) with R program. In addition, descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were performed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23. According to the findings of the research; The intention to use ERMS was explained by 61% performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social impact factors. According to the results of the empirical analysis, performance expectancy and social impact factors had a positive effect on intention to use, but the effort expectancy factor did not have a positive effect.
