Özet
Göç insanın dünyaya göçü ile başlayan bir süreçtir. İnsanlık var olalı göç ve mültecilik olagelmiştir. Günümüzde ülkesinden sürülen insanlar, belki yarın dünyadan başka bir gezegene sürülecek, göç ve mültecilik insanlık var olduğu müddetçe sürekli var olacaktır. Bu nedenle, mültecilerin iltica ettikleri yerlere uyum süreçlerinin araştırılması, konuyla ilgili mümkün olduğu kadar çok bilginin toplanması ve çözüm önerileri getirilmesi, bu olgunun yönetilmesini ve bu konuda faaliyet gösteren tüm tarafların işlerini kolaylaştıracaktır. Türkiye Suriye'den gelen sığınmacılara ev sahipli yapma noktasında diğer ülkelere nazaran en fazla sığınmacıyı barındıran ülkedir. Geçici koruma altındaki Suriyeli (GKAS) sığınmacı sayısının il nüfusuna oranının %8 olduğu Konya Türkiye'deki en fazla sığınmacı nüfusa sahip iller arasında 10. sıradadır. Sığınmacılar geldikleri yere birçok sorunu da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunlardan bazıları da GKAS öğrencilerin eğitiminde karşılaşılan sorunlardır. Nitel araştırma yöntemleri kapsamında çoklu bütüncül durum çalışması şeklinde desenlenen bu araştırmanın amacı: Konya ilindeki araştırmaya konu olan dört adet lisede eğitim gören GKAS öğrencilerin eğitiminde karşılaşılan sorunların neler olduğunu tespit etmek ve bu tespit edilen sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerilerinde bulunmaktır. Araştırma durumları, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılındaki Konya İli Merkez İlçelerindeki dört okulu kapsamaktadır. Araştırma verileri öğrenci, öğretmen, veli, Suriyeli öğrenci koordinatörleri, okul idarecileri ve Konya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü Suriyeli Öğrenci Birimi personel ve idarecileri ile yapılan görüşme, gözlem, doküman ve internet incelemeleri sonucu elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların en çok yaşadığı sorunun Türkçe bilmeme sorunu olduğu görülmüştür. Bunun yanında katılımcıların okullarda olumsuz idareci, öğretmen ve öğrenci tutumlarına maruz kaldıkları, maddi ve ailevi sorunlar yaşadıkları, toplumun GKAS sığınmacılara karşı olumsuz bir bakış açısına sahip olduğu, il ve ülke bazında çözülmesi gereken sorunlarının olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Migration is a process that begins with the migration of people to the world. Humanity has existed as immigration and refugees. People who are expelled from the country today will be driven to another planet from tomorrow to today, and will exist as long as there is humanity and immigration. Therefore, investigating the processes of adaptation of refugees to asylum places, collecting as much information as possible and proposing solutions will facilitate the management of this phenomenon and the work of all parties involved. In point of making Syria is home to refugees from Turkey compared to other countries is the country that hosts the most refugees. Syrians under temporary protection (GKAS) the number of refugees that 8% of the total population of the province with the highest refugee population in the provinces of Konya in Turkey is 10. asylum seekers bring many problems to where they come from. Some of these problems are the problems encountered in the education of GKAS students. The aim of this research, which is designed as a multi-holistic case study within the scope of qualitative research methods, is to determine the problems encountered in the education of GKAS students who are educated in four high schools which are subject to the research in Konya and to offer solutions to these problems. Research cases cover four schools in the central districts of Konya Province in the academic year 2018-2019. The data of the research was obtained as a result of interviews, observations, documents and internet reviews of the students, teachers, parents, Syrian student coordinators, school administrators and personnel and administrators of Konya Provincial Directorate of National Education. As a result of the study, it was seen that the most common problem of the participants was the problem of not knowing Turkish. In addition, it was determined that the participants were exposed to negative administrators, teachers and students' attitudes, they had financial and family problems, the society had a negative perspective against GKAS asylum seekers and had problems to be solved on the basis of province and country.
