Özet
Kalite, farklı ihtiyaç ve beklentiler doğrultusunda şekillendirilebilen, bireyin eğitim düzeyine, sosyal statüsüne, kültürel değerlerine ve ekonomik koşullarına bağlı olarak değişebilen öznel bir kavramdır. Hizmet veren kurum ve kuruluşların en büyük amacı, müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamaktır. Bir eğitim kurumunun ürün ve hizmetlerinden yararlanan öğrenciler için kalite çok önemlidir. Türkiye'de yükseköğretim sayısının hızla artmasıyla beraber akademik personel, öğrenci ve çalışma olanaklarıyla ilgili olarak pek çok problemlerin olduğu görülmektedir. Diğer alanlarda olduğu gibi Türkiye'de lisansüstü spor eğitiminde de problemler yaşanmaktadır. Bu problemler, yapısal problemler, nicel olarak yetersizlikler, spor bilimleri eğitiminin farklı enstitülerde verilmesi gibi problemler sayılabilir. Türkiye'de lisansüstü spor eğitiminde tanımlama tam olarak yapılamamış olmasının yanında, bir akademik kalite probleminin olduğu da ortadadır. Bu araştırmada, karma yöntem (nicel ve nitel yöntem) uygulanarak, Türkiye'de Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dallarında görev yapan akademik personel ve öğrenim gören lisansüstü öğrencilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda, spor bilimleri alanında enstitülerdeki anabilim dallarında toplam kaliteyi artırmaya yönelik görüşler ortaya konulmuştur. Bu kapsamda, nicel yöntemde araştırma deseni olarak ilişkisel tarama türü tercih edilmiştir. Nitel yöntemde ise olgu bilim araştırmasıyla desenlenmiş ve görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunun görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla, istatistiki verileri elde etmek için Tosun (2012) tarafından geliştirilen, geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik çalışmaları yapılmış olan ölçme aracı kullanılmıştır. Anket formundan elde edilen verilerin analizleri, SPSS 22.0 paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunun, kişisel ve mesleki değişkenlerine göre dağılımını ortaya koymak amacıyla frekans ve yüzdelik hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. Bağımsız değişkenlere bağlı farklılaşma düzeyini değerlendirmek için parametrik verilerde“independent sample t-testi”ve“tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA)”kullanılmıştır. Non-parametrik verilerde ise“Kruscal Wallis Testi”kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık derecesi (alfa (α) yanılma düzeyi) ise p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Lisansüstü eğitimde görev yapan akademik personele ise“görüşme formu”kullanılmıştır. Gerekli dönütler sağlandıktan sonra elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesi nitel içerik analiz süreçleriyle yürütülmüştür. Verilerin analizi ve çıkan durumun modellenmesi ise QSR NVIVO-10 programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, lisansüstü öğrencilerin“yönetim ve idari personel kalitesine”yönelik ifadelere, erkekler, evliler, ders aşamasındaki öğrenciler, yüksek lisans eğitimi alan öğrencilerin enstitüye yönelik memnuniyetlerinin daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.“Lisansüstü eğitim kalitesine”yönelik ifadelere erkekler , evliler ve ders aşamasındaki yüksek lisans öğrencilerin memnuniyetlerinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.“Akademik personel ve danışmanlık kalitesine”yönelik ifadelere erkekler, evliler, ders aşamasındaki erkekler ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin memnuniyetlerinin yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir.“Lisansüstü Öğrenci Kalitesine”yönelik ifadelere erkekler, bekarlar ve ders aşamasında yüksek lisans yapan öğrenciler memnun olduklarını ifade etmişlerdir.“Fiziksel koşulların kalitesine”yönelik ifadelerde ise bekar öğrenciler, yüksek lisans öğrencileri, ders aşamasındaki lisansüstü öğrenciler enstitüye yönelik memnuniyetleri yüksek düzeyde tespit edilmiştir. Akademik personelin görüşlerine göre enstitü memnuniyetlerinin düşük düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, lisansüstü eğitimin kalitesi ve performansının artırılması için tespit edilen problemler üniversite kurullarında çözümlenmeye çalışılmalıdır. Quality is a subjective concept that can be shaped according to different needs and expectations and can vary depending on individual's educational level, social status, cultural values and economic conditions. The main purpose of the institutions and organizations that provide services is to ensure customer satisfaction. Quality is very important for students who benefit from the products and services of an educational institution. With the rapid increase in the number of higher education institutions in Turkey, it is seen that there are many problems regarding the academic staff, students and study opportunities. As in other areas, problems are encountered also in sports graduate education in Turkey. These problems include structural problems, quantitative inadequacies, and the provision of sports sciences education at different institutes. In addition to the fact that identification could not be fully carried out in sports graduate education in Turkey, it is clear that there is also an academic quality problem. In this study, by applying mixed method (quantitative and qualitative methods), in line with the opinions of the academic staff working and the graduate students studying at Departments of Physical Education and Sports, opinions about increasing the total quality in the departments in the institutes in the field of sports sciences have been put forward. In this context, correlational survey model was preferred as research design in the quantitative method. In the qualitative method, the case was designed by science research and interview technique was used. In order to determine the opinions of the research group, the measurement tool developed by Tosun (2012) and the validity and reliability studies of which were performed, was used to obtain statistical data. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 package program. In order to determine the distribution of the research group according to personal and professional variables, frequency and percentage calculations were made. In order to evaluate the level of differentiation due to independent variables,“independent sample t-test”and“one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) ”were used in parametric data. In non-parametric data,“Kruskal Wallis Test”was used. The level of statistical significance (alpha (α) error level) was accepted as p<0.05.“Interview Form”was used for the academic staff working in graduate education. After obtaining the necessary feedback, the analysis of the obtained data was carried out through qualitative content analysis processes. The analysis of the data and modeling of the resulting situation was performed by using QSR NVIVO-10 program. In the research, it has been determined that the satisfaction of the graduate students for the statements regarding“quality of management and administrative staff”is higher for male, married students, students at the stage of the course, and students who receive graduate education. It has been determined that the satisfaction of the male, married and graduate students is high for the statements regarding“the quality of graduate education”. It has been determined that the satisfaction of the male, the married, and the male at the course stage and the graduate students is high for the statements regarding“the quality of academic staff and consultancy”. The male, the single and the graduate students at the course stage have stated that they are pleased with the statements regarding“the Quality of Graduate Students”. It has been determined that the satisfaction of the single students, the graduate students, the students at the course stage for the institute is high for the statements regarding“the Quality of Physical Conditions”. It has been determined that the satisfaction with the institute is low according to the opinions of the academic staff. As a conclusion, the problems determined in order to enhance the quality and performance of graduate education should be tried to solve in university committees.
