Özet
Bu çalışmada okul güvenliğinin okul yöneticisi, öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma betimsel tarama modeline göre tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Uşak il ve ilçe merkezindeki ilkokullar ve ortaokullarda görevli rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 346 öğretmen ve 4.5.6.7.8. sınıflarda öğrenim gören 549 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri“Okul Güvenliği Ölçeği”kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada verilerin çözümlenmesi ve yorumlanmasında istatistik programından yararlanılmıştır. Maddelerin frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri hesaplanmış; t-testi ve ANOVA testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında öğretmenler öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Okul yöneticileri öğretmenlere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Erkek öğretmenler kadın öğretmenlere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Kız öğrenciler ise erkek öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Öğretmen görüşlerine göre öğretmenlerin meslekteki kıdemi, okuldaki hizmet süresi, okulun eğitim durumu, okulun bulunduğu yerin sosyo-ekonomik durumu ve okul mevcudu okul güvenliğine ilişkin görüşlerini etkilemiştir. Öğrenci görüşlerine göre ise ilkokul öğrencileri, ortaokul öğrencilerine göre okulu daha güvenli bulmuştur. Dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, 5-6-7-8. sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli buldukları saptanmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the school security according to the views of school administrators, teachers and students. The study was designed according to the descriptive scanning model. Study sample of the study consisted of 346 teachers and 549 students in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th grades who were chosen by random sampling method in primary schools and secondary schools in Uşak province district in 2016-2017 Academic Year. The data of the study were collected by using the“School Safety Scale”. In the research, the statistical program was used to analyze and interpret the data and the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values of the items were calculated. T-test and ANOVA tests were used. According to the findings of the research, the teachers find the school safer than the students; school administrators find the school more secure than teachers, male teachers find the school safer than female teachers, female students find the school safer than male students. According to the teachers' opinions, the seniority of the teachers, the duration of service in the school, the educational status of the school, the socio-economic status of the school's location and the school population influenced school security perceptions. According to students' perceptions, primary school students found school more secure than secondary school students; it is found that 4th grade students find the school safer than 5th, 6th, 7th, 8h grade students.
