Özet
Bu çalışmamızda toprakta toplam fosforun tayini için uygun yöntemler araştırıldı. Çeşitli yerlerden alınan beş farklı toprak örneğindeki fosfor miktarı beş ayrı yöntemle spektrofotometrik olarak tayin edildi. Her yöntemde iki aşamada belli ppm de fosfor içeren çalışma çözeltisiyle 660 nm de öçlüt eğri çizildi. İkinci aşamada ise yöntemlerde açıklandığı şekilde hazırlanan örnek çözeltilerin absorbansı okundu. Örneklerdeki toplam fosfor miktarı ölçüt eğriden faydalanarak hesaplandı. Sonuç olarak farklı yöntemlerden elde edilen fosfor miktarları karşılaştırıldı ve uygun yöntem, yöntemin doğruluğu ve kesinliği, kolay uygulanabilir olması, az zamanda yapılması, kimyasal madde gereteinimi ve alet donanımı göz önünde alınarak belirlendi. Deneysel çalışmalar üç paralel numune üzerinde çalışıldı. Yöntemlerden elde edilen sonuçlar arasındaki ilişki istatistik olarak incelendi

In this study, a suitable method for the detennination of.total phosphorus in soil has been investigated. The amount of phosphorus in five different samples were determined spectrophotometrically using öve diffrent methods. For each method in the first step a calibration curve was prepared at 660 nm using fixed concentrated phosphorus working solutions. In the second step the absorbance of solutions, which prepared as mentioned in each methods, were recorded. The amount phosphorus in the samples was calculated using calibration curve. As a result the amount phosphorus which was obtained from diffrent method is compared with each other and most suitable method was decided amoung applied methods. On the determination of suitable method, simplicity and applicability of methods; accuracy and precisions of methods; minumum time required for the applications of methods; cost and chemicals used for the methods and main apparatus of the methods taken into account. Experimental studies carried out in three parellel runs. The relations between used methods was investigated statistically.
