PREFABRİKE BETON PANEL SİSTEMLERDE TASARIM KISITLARI ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Hatice ÜSKÜDAR GAZI ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ EYLÜL 1996 OZ Bu çalışma kapsamında ele alınan araştırmanın konusu prefabrike beton panel sistemlerde tasarım kısıtlarının incelenmesidir. Bu inceleme çerçevesinde giriş bölümünde endüstrileşmiş bina üretiminin, güncel değerler bağlamında maruz kaldığı eleştirilerden bahsedilmiş ve buna yönelik olarak da yapım sistemlerinin değerlendirilmesi gereği vurgulanmıştır. Birinci bölümde mimarlık ve yapımda endüstrileşme üzerine bir açılım getirilmiş, endüstrileşme ilke ve yaklaşımları açıklanarak, yapımda endüstrileşme düzeyi bağlamında yapım sistemleri sınıflandırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde tasarlama olgusu ve endüstrileşmiş sistemlerle tasarlama konulan irdelenerek, tasarım kısıtı kavramı endüstrileşmiş sistemler-geleneksel sistemler ilişkisinde açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde prefabrike panel sistemlerin ürün ve süreç analizleri yapılarak tasarım kısıtlan incelenmiştir. Sonuç ve tartışma bölümünde ise çalışmanın sonuçları değerlendirilerek tartışılmıştır. THE DESIGN RESTRICTIONS OF PREFABRICATED CONCRETE PANEL SYSTEMS (M. Sc. Thesis) HATİCE ÜSKÜDAR GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SEPTEMBER 1996 ABSTRACT The aim of this reserch that is undertaken within this thesis is the design restrictions of prefabricated concrete panel system. The introduction consist of the critics about the industrial building production process with in the frame of today's values and also the necessity of evaluating the production systems is emphasized. The view of the first chapter is based on the architecture and the industrialization of construction. In this session the principles approaches of industrialization are explained and also the construction systems are classified with in the frame of industrialization level of construction. In the second chapter the design fact and designing for the industrial systems are the main subjects. The concept of design restriction is explained by the relation of the industrial systems and the conventional systems. In the third chapter the product and the process of the prefabricated panel systems and their design restrictions are analized. At the last session the conclusions of this study are evaluated and discussed.
