Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokul ve lise öğretmenlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin yönetim tarzları ile hesap verebilirlik yönelimleri arasında ilişkileri belirlemektir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın hedef evrenini Kırşehir il merkezindeki ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemi ise kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş 302 ortaokul ve lise öğretmeninden oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Üstüner (2016) tarafından geliştirilen“Algılanan Müdür Yönetim Tarzı Ölçeği”ile Bülbül (2011) tarafından geliştirilen“Türk Milli Eğitim Sisteminde Hesap Verebilirlik Uygulamaları Ölçeği”yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Analizler Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis H ve Spearman Rho testi teknikler ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları öğretmen görüşlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin en çok benimsemiş olduğu yönetim tarzının“işbirlikli yönetim tarzı”olduğunu, bunu“otoriter yönetim tarzı”,“karşı koyucu yönetim tarzı”ve“ilgisiz yönetim tarzının”izlediğini göstermiştir. Öğretmenlere ait bu görüşlerde cinsiyet faktörüne göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunurken, mesleki kıdem, eğitim düzeyi ve branş değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılıkların olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerinde en çok gözlemiş olduğu hesap verebilirlik yöneliminin“sağlama”boyutunda olduğu, bunu“saydamlık”,“sorumluluk”,“sorgulayıcılık”ve“standartlara”yönelik hesap verebilirlik boyutlarının izlediği tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmen görüşlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin yönetim tarzları ile hesap verebilirlik uygulamaları arasında anlamlı pozitif ve negatif yönlü korelasyonlar tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda en çarpıcı korelasyonel bulgu okul yöneticilerinin sorumluluğa yönelik hesap verebilirlik davranışlarının“işbirlikli yönetim tarzı”ile ,617 pozitif,“karşı koyucu yönetim tarzı”ile -,294 negatif anlamlı korelasyonel ilişki içerisinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlar ilgili literatür temelinde tartışılmıştır.

The purpose of this research, to determine the relationships between the levels of management of school administrators and their accountability according to the secondary and high school teachers. The research was designed in accordance with the relational screening model. The target population of this study consists of teachers working in middle and high schools in Kırşehir city center. The research sample was determined by sampling method easy. The sample of the study consisted of 302 middle and high school teachers. The data were collected by Üstüner (2016)“Perceived Principal Management Style Scale”and developed by Bülbül (2011)“Scale of Accountability Practices in the Turkish National Education System”. The data were analyzed by Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Walles H and Spearman Rho. The findings of the study showed that the management style adopted by the school principals according to the teachers' views was the cooperative management and that it was followed by authoritarian, oppositional and irrelevant management styles. While there were significant differences according to gender factor in these opinions of teachers, it was determined that there were no significant differences in terms of vocational seniority, education level and branch variable. It is determined that teachers are providing the most accountable type they have observed in school administrators and that these types of accountability are followed by transparency, responsibility, questioning and standards. According to the teachers 'opinions, significant positive and negative correlations were determined between the school administrators' management styles and accountability practices. In this context, the most striking findings from the collaborative management style with the behavior accountability for the responsibilities of school administrators .617 positive, negative management style with combatting -.294 way has been found to be statistically significant correlational relationship. The results of the study were discussed on the basis of the relevant literature.
