Özet
ÖZGEÇMİŞ 1973 Eskişehir doğumluyum. 1984-1985 Öğretim Yılında Eskişehir Milli Zafer îlkokulu'nu bitirdim. 1989-1990 Öğretim Yılında Gazi Meslek Lisesi Giyim Bölümü'nden mezun oldum. 1993-1994 öğretim Yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Eğitim Programları ve Öğretim Bölümü'nden mezun olduktan sonra, Anadolu Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü'nde Yüksek Lisans programına başladım. Halen Yüksek Lisans yapmaktayım.ÖZET Bu araştırma, Halk Eğitimi Merkezleri' nde uygulanan Temel Giyim Kursu Eğitim Programı hakkındaki katılımcı görüşlerini belirlemek ve görüşlerin kişisel özelliklere göre değişip değişmediğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, 1995-1996 öğretim yılında Adana ili Seyhan İlçesi Halk Eğitimi Merkezi'ne bağlı kurslara katılan 187 kursiyer ile çalışılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma tarama modeliyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, iki bölümden oluşan bir anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümünde kişisel özelliklerle, ikinci bölümünde eğitim programı ile ilgili maddeler yer almıştır. Anketin birinci bölümünde yer alan kişisel bilgilerin frekans ve yüzde dağılımları hesaplanmıştır. Anketin ikinci bölümünde yer alan görüşlerin frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve aritmetik ortalamaların ortalaması bulunmuştur, ayrıca görüşler arasında kişisel özelliklere göre farklılık olup olmadığı varyans analizi ve t testi ile belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada, yapılan istatistiki çözümlemeler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular şöyle özetlenebilir: 1. Katılımcıların amaçlara iyi derecede ulaşıldığına inandıkları belirlenmiştir. 2. Katılımcıların eğitim programının içeriğinin iyi seçildiği görüşünde oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır.

SUMMARY The purpose of this research was to determine the opinions of participants of a Basic Tailoring Course as applied in community education programs and whether these opinions differed from one participant to another. This research was accomplished with the participation of 187 trainees at the Seyhan Community Education Center in the city of Adana during the 1995-1996 course term. The research data were derived by means of a survey consisting of two sections. The first section contains personel data, the second section contains basic information about the course curriculum. The frequency and percentage of people according to age, sex, education level, and prior knowledge of tailoring were calculated. In addition to that, it was determined that if there were differences or not among -these ideas according to personel datum by applying variance analysis and (t-test) were used to determine whether there were differences among the opinions according to personel data. The results determined by statistical analysis in this research are summarized below; 1. Participants stated that they believed that curriculum objectives were reached to at the maximum extent possible. 2. Participant agreed that the content of the curriculum was selected with a high consideration. iii3. The results below were determined about the teaching and learning process aspect of the curriculum. a. It was observed that the sufficiency of the techniques, methodologies, and the equipment and tools or teaching aids were sufficient. b. It was determined that supporting and social activities in this program were sufficient according to participants' expectations. c. The lenght of the program was outstanding in line with participants' expectations. d.In the opinions of participants, the intructors were extremely knowledgable. 4. The results of evaluation in assesing this course showed this course had been successful in meeting it's established goals. 5. Some differences were determined in the opinions of the participants on curriculum depending on their personal characteristics. IV
