ÖZET SİPARİŞE GÖRE ÜRETİM YAPAN AKIŞ TIPI BİR ORTAMDA YENİDEN ÇİZELGELEME İÇİN BİR KARAR DESTEK SİSTEMİ TIMURÇÎN, Mehmet MUjdat Yüksek Lisans Tezi, End. Müh. Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Doç. Dr. Nesini ERKIP Mart İ989, 134 sayfa Bu çalışmada, siparişe göre üretim yapan akış tipi bir atölyede yeniden çizelgeleme için bir karar destek sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Yeniden çizelgeleme, varolan üretim programının atölyenin durumu dikkate alınarak ve bu durum programa yansıtılarak değiştirilmesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Yeniden çize 1 ge 1 emedeki en önemli karar problemleri çizelgeleme, işleri parçalama, kapasite değiştirme ve yeniden çize 1 ge 1 emeye karar vermek olarak sıralanabilir. Karar destek sistemi, bilgi tabanı, dil sistemi ve problem işleme sisteminden oluşmaktadır. Bilgi tabanında atölye hakkında işlemsel bilgiler, çözüm teknikleri hakkında metod bilgileri ve esnek bir planlama ortamı bulunmaktadır. Dil sistemi, kullanıcı ile iletişimi sağlamaktadır. Problem işleme sistemi ise kullanıcının dil sistemi aracılığı ile ilettiğiisteklerini sistemin anlayabileceği komutlara dönüştürmek ve sistemin işleyişini kontrol etmekle görevlidir. Sistemin analizi ve tasarımında sistemik tasarım yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Karar destek sisteminin zekası en az seviyede tutulmuş ve karar vericinin yargısını analitik yöntemlerle desteklemeye izin veren bir altyapı oluşturmaya çalışılmıştır. Sistemin kavramsal tasarımı bitirilmiş ve çok kısıtlı bir parçası, sistemin uygulanabilirliğini göstermek amacı ile programlanmıştır.

ABSTRACT A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR RESCHEDULING IN A MANUFACTURE-TO-ORDER FLOW SHOP ENVIRONMENT TİMURÇİN, Mehmet Müjdat M.S. In Industrial Engineering Supervisor : Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nesim ERKIP March 1989, 134 pages In this study, a Decision Support System is designed to support rescheduling decisions in a manufacture-to- order flowshop. Rescheduling is modifying current schedule such that changes in the status of the shop are taken into account and schedule is updated to reflect such changes. Scheduling, batching, capacity change and taking corrective action are major decision problems in rescheduling. The DSS is composed of a knowledge base storing operational knowledge about status of the shop, algorithmic knowledge about solution procedures and a flexible planning medium, a language system to provide communication with the decision maker and a problem processing system to understand user request, to convert the request to executable commands and to control the operation of the system. A systemic design methodology is followed in the analysis and design of the system. Intelligence of the DSS is kept at a minimum level and inattention is given to designing a framework which allows the decision maker to use judgement with the support of analytical models. Conceptual design of the DSS is completed and a very limited subset is implemented to show feasibility of implementation.
