Özet
Bu araştırma sosyal hizmet mesleğinin kendisinin ve ilişkili olduğu diğer sistemlerin tüm cinsel yönelim ve/veya cinsiyet kimliklerini kapsayıcı koruyucu, önleyici destek mekanizmalarına sahip olup olmama durumlarının, heteronormatif yapıların, heteroseksist tutumların var olup olmamasına ve bu durumların LGBTİ'ler üzerindeki biyo-psiko-sosyal etkilerine odaklanmaktadır. Sosyal hizmet mesleğinin insanların değerine, biricikliğine odaklanan ve her insanın haklara eşit erişimini önemseyen yapısı dolayısıyla tüm cinsel yönelim ve/veya cinsiyet kimliklerine dair de yeterli, nitelikli ve doğru mikro mezzo makro düzeyde müdahaleler planlama yeterliliğine sahip olması gerekmektedir. Bu doğrultuda bu müdahalelerin planlanma noktasında heteronormatif yapıların ve bireysel homo/bi/transfobik içselleştirmelerin, hem profesyoneller/hizmet sunucular hem de tüm bireylerin sahip olduğu heteronormatif düşünce biçimlerinde önemli bir rolünün olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenlerle bu araştırmada heteronormatif sistemler ve heteromerkezci düşünme biçimlerinin nedenleri içerisinde mevcut heteronormatif, heteromerkezci yapıların ele alınmasının gerekliliği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda ise bu araştırmanın bu normlaştırmalardan kaynaklı biyo-psiko-sosyal zararların ortaya konularak, sistemlerdeki ve tutumlardaki bu yapıların değişime/dönüşüme uğrayabilmesi/uğratılabilmesi için nelere ihtiyaç duyulabileceğine ışık tutması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçlar çerçevesinde nicel araştırma modeli ile soruna ilişkin mevcut durumun saptanması amacıyla soru kağıdı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın doğrudan LGBTİ'lerin biyo-psiko-sosyal ihtiyaçlarını, heteronormlaşmış hizmet sunucuları ve dolayısıyla sosyal hizmet gereksinimlerini ortaya koyması hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda 14-43 yaş aralığında 129 LGBTİ'ye ulaşılmıştır Katılımcı yanıtları SPSS programında Ki-Kare testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın tüm cinsel yönelimler/cinsiyet kimliklerine dair destekleyici, kapsayıcı, heteronormatif olmayan bir Sosyal Hizmet'i odağına alan çalışmalara ışık tutabileceği ümit edilmektedir.

This research focuses on the psycho-social effects of the Social Work Profession and the other systems to which it is related, including all of the sexual orientation / gender identities, including protective and preventive support mechanisms, heteronormative structures, heterosexist attitudes, and the bio-psycho-social effects of these conditions on LGBTİs. In this direction, the questionnaire was delivered and directly filled out by LGBTİ participants. The Social Work Profession, which focuses on the value, uniqueness of people and the rights of each person's equal access to rights, should be capable of planning adequate, qualified and accurate micro-mezzo macro-level interventions on all sexual orientation / gender identities. In this respect, it is seen that heteronormative structures, individual homo / bi / transphobic internalizations, heteronormative thinking styles by both professionals / service providers and all individuals have an important role in the planning of these interventions. For these reasons, in this study, it has been tried to reveal the necessity of considering heteronormativity and heterocentric structures within the causes of heteronormative systems and heterocentric thinking styles. In this respect, the aim of this study is to reveal the bio-psycho-social effects caused by these normations and to provide a source for what might be needed to change /transform these structures in systems and attitudes. For this purpose, a questionnaire was used to determine the current status of the problem with the quantitative research model. The aim of the study is to direct the bio-psycho-social needs of LGBTIs, heteronormised service providers and thus social service needs. In this respect, 129 LGBTI has been reached in the 14-43 age range. Participants' questionnaire responses were evaluated by using Chi-Square test in SPSS program. It is hoped that this research will shed light on studies that focus on a supportive, inclusive, non-heteronormative Social Service for all sexual orientations / gender identities.
