Özet

Bu araştırma 1629-1631 yıllarında Konya Şehri'nin kurumları ile sosyal ve ekonomik yapısını incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu amaca ulaşabilmek için 22 numaralı Konya Şer'iye Sicili traskribe edilerek tematik analize tabi tutulmuştur. 1629-1631 yıllarına ait 22 numaralı Konya Şer'iye Sicili 197 sayfa olub 15,5 cm eninde, 41,5 cm boyundadır. Hazırlamış olduğumuz tezimizin konusu; H. 1039-1041, M. 1629-1631 tarihleri arasında Konya'nın sosyal ve ekonomik durumudur. Konya Şehri'nde yaşayan insanların sosyal ve ekonomik durumları, şehrin sosyal, ekonomik ve dini müesseseleri, vakıfları, mahalle ve aileleri yani tespit edilebilen bütün sosyal ve ekonomik fonksiyon ve faaliyetleri de incelenmiştir. Şer'iye sicilinde yer alan belgelerin transkripsiyonu, özeti ve değerlendirmesi de yapılmıştır. Burada üç yıl için düzenlenen defterin tümü ele alınmış ve içindeki kayıtlar çeşitli açılardan analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu belgelere dayanarak halkın dinî ve sosyal yapısı, gündelik yaşamı, toplumun ekonomik durumu analiz edilmiştir. Yönetimsel açıdan ise merkezi idare ile taşra arasındaki ilişkileri içeren tahliller yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Anahta Kelimeler: Konya, Şer'iye Sicili, Osmanlı, Mahkeme, Kadı.

This research took aim at examining the economic and social structure of the city Konya and its institutions in years 1629 and 1631. One of the most important archives resources of Ottoman history are the Court Registers. In Ottoman Empire, the notebooks in which kadı`s judgement and firmans that come from centre of the state, berats, commands and other judgements are written is called court register. Konya Canonical Court Register Book of Nr:22, which covers the years of 1629-1631, holds total 197 pages and has the dimensions of 15,5 cm (in thickness) and 41,5 cm (in length). The subject of our prepared piece of written source about relations from H. (Hegira) 1039-1041, from C. (Christian Area) 1629-1631 socıal and economic state of Konya.This is a new addition to the studies which exposed the general caracters of the ottoman cities. We hope to have contributed filling absence that exists in Konya between 1629 and 1631. In this study, the documents in Konya şeriye register have been transcribed, summarized and evaluated. Here, all of the notebook that where prepared for three years being held as only one document and inside records has been analyzed with certain aspects. So based on these documents the religious, economical and social structure, daily life of people, family life, have been analyzed by the help of diagrams.
