Özet
Yetenek yönetimi, işletmelerin ihtiyaç duydukları bilgi, beceri ve yeteneğe sahip yüksek potansiyelli çalışanların tespiti, seçimi, yerleştirilmesi, geliştirilmesi, elde tutulması ve belirli bir strateji izleyerek ilgili pozisyonlara yerleştirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yetenek yönetimi uygulamalarının çalışan performansına etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Teorik bilgiyi desteklemek için Bursa ilinde otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmalarda ankete dayalı bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu firmalarda görev yapan aylık ücretli çalışanlara yetenek yönetimi ile ilgili sorular sorularak performansa olumlu ya da olumsuz etkisi araştırılmıştır.

Talent management is the determination, election, employing, developing and keeping of high potential employees who has the knowledge, skills and abilities they need and hiring them for the concerned positions following a certain strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of talent management practices on employee performance. A questionnaire-based research were carried out in firms that operate in automotive sector in Bursa in order to support theoretical knowledge. Its positive or negative effects on the performance was investigated, by asking questions about talent management to the monthly salaried employees working in these firms.
