Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin, okullarında yönetime katılma düzeylerine ilişkin algılarının saptanmasıdır. Araştırmada bilgi toplama aracı olarak uygulamada var olan ve idealde olması istenen durumları saptamaya ilişkin“Yönetime Katılma Anketi”kullanılmıştır. Ankette okul arda alman çeşitli yönetsel kararlar ve Öğretmenlerin karara katılma durumlarına, yönetime katılma isteklerine ilişkin görüşlerini saptamaya yönelik on altı soru bulunmaktadır, öğretmenlerin bu konulardaki görüşleri, her soruyla ilgili dört noktalı Likert tipi bir ölçekle saptanmıştır. Araştırma, Ankara'nın Altındağ ilçesinde bulunan ilköğretim okullarından beşinde çalışan 228 öğretmen üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada yüzde, aritmatik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi, nokta çift serili korelasyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada aşağıdaki bulgular elde edilmiştir: 1. öğretmenlerin, okul yönetimine ne derece katıldıklarına ilişkin algıları“kısmen”seçeneği üzerinde yoğun1aşmaktadı r. 2. öğretmenlerin, okul yönetimine ne derece katılmak istediklerine ilişkin algıları“kesinlikle olmalıdır”seçeneğinde yer almaktadır. 3. öğretmenlerin yönetime katılmada, uygulamadaki durum ve beklenen duruma ilişkin algıları arasına anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmektedir. ii4. Özet (Çeviri)
SUMMARY The aim of this survey is to obtain information on the views of the primary school teachers on the participation to their schools' management. In the survey,“The participative Management Questionnaire”has been used as the data collection tool to determine the existing system and the expected one defined as the ideal. In the questionnaire, there are 16 questions examining how the managerial decisions made in the schools, how the teachers currently participate and to what extend they wish to participate to this process. The teachers' considerations on these subjects have been concluded by a four point scale for each question as in the Likert type. The survey has been implemented on 228 teachers working in five different schools of Altındağ district of Ankara. Several statistical techniques such as, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-Test, point even sequence correlation techniques have been used. The outcomes of the survey are given below: 1. The conceptions of the teachers on the participation to the school management weighty focused on the choice of“partly”. 2. The views of the teachrers on what degree they would like to participate to the school management has been perceived by the choice of“definitely should be”. 3. It is observed that there is a crucial difference between the description of the existing system and the IVexpectations of the teachers about the participative management. 4. There is an substantial variance between the instructor and the lecturers on the degree of the participation to the school management. 5. No significant difference has been observed between the teachers in terms of seniority on the participation to the school management. 6. No significant difference between the teachrers has been observed on the participation to the school management.
